The job market has been flooded with holiday visas which the company's use and exploit ?the unions are not as strong as I thought tbh

With all due respect I'm not here to ask for advice on the day to day running costs I'm well aware of our costs the original post is more about the reality of life down under which if I'm honest is as much a culture shock as financial tbh .Aussies are certainly not Europeans more insular

We have come with over six months savings money goes like water here tbh cars ,vans rentals household goods the list is endless which I expected what disappointing is the Aussies to migrants they deffo take advantage and I'm glad we came on a permanent visa not a 457 feel sooty for any family on that tbh,

Well six months in spent almost all our savings Have a job which is crap tbh up at 5 am travel about over an hour each way 12-14 hrs a day Money is poor ranging from 850-1300 self employed carpenter The reality is far from wanted down under I can honestly say Aussies first everyone else second The building standard is terrible but its there way or no way Western Australian experience joke most of there trades men are hopeless be aware this is not what some might think a golden ticket far from it Perth is very expensive and the job market has slowed down massively

Why is it a blessing ? another state is either sydney or Melbourne so don't see the plus in that.The facility is 25 minutes from Rocking-ham and would be a trek . its shut because they want to centralise the whole quarantine procedure reading between the lines 30 days in another state unable to see your pet is upsetting for some but there is no option on this i have given my pet travel company the go ahead to start booking sydney ​

Well today I traveled from Rockingham to Byford and I'm afraid it's not good news The place is completely closed up the whole facility is shut no one to answer the intercom or any sign of life .Byford is in the Bush its a small village inland from Rockingham The land it sits on is for sale and my guess with the redevelopment going on in Byford its not going to open again. I went to the next house but the guy never knew anything also the local pet shop never had any information about the facility. My guess is that this place has been sold or in the process and it will not reopen Sorry for the bad news but to be honest it takes a bit of a journey to reach it and trying to do this whilst holding a full time job down ,don't think this is possible May as well reroute your pet and get some in to oversee them ​Regards Richard

Lets be clear on one fact hear the uk construction sector is knackered full stop. If any one hear has a hankeing of going back anytime soon good luck on that one I have ran my own company in the uk for over 10 years employed Bricky's, joiners ,labourers al trades Built new houses to large renovations.One by one i had to pay off all the guys pump money into the company For what so unskilled work force could walk into the uk mainly polish workers and work for peanuts Unskilled ,uninsured no qulifications not members of any federation . Plenty of reliable quality trademen not working due to lack of control and organisation .so please tell me ​what is the benefit of that system none.To me its refreshing to see the trades are protected here licensed so not any tom dick or harry comes and starts up ​
