SoozyB
Hello Folks! I'm sure that this has been asked before but looking at someone that has done this recently? Vacuum storage bags to pack clothes in for flying and also using them for duvets, pillows etc for shipping. Has anyone used them succesfully?? (sounds odd I know but I hope you understand where I am coming from?) Any help is super!
lebourvellec
Good for bulky items, I used self vacuuming ones (rolled air our) when I went on WHV. They are good but they end up being rigid and can be hard to pack in your bag, also you will need to watch the weight of your bags if you are managing to fit more in. SoozyB
The plan was to vac all the clothes we have in our cases, then there is more room for toiletries bags, shoes, etc It would be tempting to pack more, but I am terrified of going over my 30kg! haha

Hayley487
We uses them .. Saved loads of space in boxes in container. We also used them for bulky items in our suitcase and piled the rest of the clothes on them .. Definitely worth it
Guest
He`s on our knee and a bassinet? Will double check tho. You should get 10kg with them iirc. They have some allowance at that age and on your knee. You may not get a bassinet depending on size and age of your child and others on the flight. But defo you should get an allowance and be able to take a pushchair etc.
Jin77
I have two small ones that will fit into my suit case. thought it would be good to give me more space for my three pairs of shoes and toiletries. will keep weighing my luggage. good luck
