Delaneym Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 my interview was a telephone conference.. 3 panel members, several questions, scenarios what would you do if, asked about some of the training materials they use to asses risk.. my advice- take it seriously they are looking for a tall poppy that stands out and knows their stuff but is not high on ego etc..do a little research on the organisation/ policies etc depending on your job... think aboit application of skills and knowledge in practise.. my experience is there are no trick questions.. if i can be any help pm me and good luck!
