Medibank is too expensive and i been googled other private insurers but elswhere they states only 475 visa,,nothing bout 485 visa... Whoever advised you about your student visa should be able to advise you about your insurance options when student health insurance in no longer available to you. Somudra Posted June 2, 2013 Share Posted June 2, 2013 I was with BUPA when I had 485 visa. It was Basic Visitor Coverage, the cheapest one I found after doing some market research.
