It's also known as Carbamazapine. In UK, we have been told it's such a cheap tablet to buy in but it can't be purchased over the counter here. Delaneym Posted August 15, 2012 Share Posted August 15, 2012 In the UK depending on why it has been prescribed may lead to regular blood level tests being taken and it can cause defects in pregnancy , and there are different reasons why it may be harmful to use it with other medications so it would not be sold over the counter without a doctor to monitor it.
