Hi after 3 years. AAT asked some documents in feb 2021 then we got decision yesterday from AAT without hearing.

Hi Virajhu, I told my lawer please put reminder but he said no need for that. I have doubt may be my lawyer and my boss want to me hold for long time work with the company. I m just feeling my boss is paying to my lawyer to make my process delay? What u think?

Hi all dear friends, I got AAT 186 nominations refusals in 2018, in February 2021 They asked documents for company, we provided them now I m still waiting for my decision. please anyone know how long to be wait for my decision. kind Regards -

Hi Prety they ask me same thing, my file is open after 32 months in Melbourne, we gave all documents now just waiting for hearing, but some people has not a hearing just they got decision. Finger is crossing. Its stressful after refusal.

Hi everyone i need advice please, I am waiting for my hearing from long time, i applied 186 nomination refusal file in AAT department, i am waiting from my decision 31 months in Melbourne. Now my employer does not want me to work. Should i change the employer then new employer can go to the court behalf of old employer? May i have to apply again 186 visa? Please advice Kind Regards

yes u can apply, ya AAT processing so slow, i am waiting from 23 months to open my file.
