    It's really very strange behaviour of immigration department, they should have to ask first if any info is missing instead of putting the application aside. And if they follow the FIFO system, everyone would be happy.

    Much Congratulations, how lucky you're got decision in less than two months. It would be great if immigration follow the first in first out system. Some applicants are waiting here from ages.

    Hi, Anyone here who lodged 187 through TRT stream and waiting from ages? Immigration mentioned processing time for 187 -TRT is 4 months to 14 months, anyone waiting from more than 14 months?

    Hi Everyone, I need your humble opinion. I applied my nomination only as a TRT on 16th October 2019. Now i come to know that my restaurant comes in the regional area now. I can see on my previous nomination application it shows 186 TRT Non-regional. I would like to ask, should i have to apply again as a new application as a regional or continue wait of this current application? (I know, it'll cost me a lot of money.) Please guide me. Thanks

    Hi, we aren't getting much replys from immi since last few weeks, is it cause of immi department is busy to launch new regional visas? (Which is really a big change in a decade.) What do you reckon guys?

    Hi, My MA lodge my nomination yesterday, he didn't lodge the visa yet. I can't import this in my immi account, it shows the error message that "This type of application is not available for import". Please guide me. how can i check the status?

My MA suggest either i can withdraw my visa application now and apply again after couple of months or can appeal in AAT with in 21 days. please guide me, what should i do?
