I'm from UK and I havnt done it...wish these visas would hurry up i got married last December have havnt seen my husband since , usually we would fly back and forth but because of this virus we havnt been able to ....o would if coped then but I'm struggling now

Anyone from UK whose spouse is in Oz got 309 granted recently ? IV applied off shore ..

I applied ,Feb 2020 from I'm my hubby's Australian , our police checks my medicals all submitted ...hope they move these visas soon as I havnt seen him since dec 2019 ... Melbourne airport is also closed feel like everything against us arm

IV applied off shore so I'm stuck here until my visa comes through....so I have to have my medical here first ..I guess I'm just being impatient and thus virus has panicked me re flights etc thanks

Ohh thanks guys I got married in Oz in Dec I applied and paid for partner visa in Feb I have everything evidence statements police checks etc but the medical is outstanding as they cancelled it due to this virus ...I just want everything in hoping it will go through quicker and when flights eventually open up I can go ...I just worrying about future flights tbh

Ohhh this is a nitemare I havnt seen my Aust husband since December , I' was hoping to be there for Xmas ....everything is in police check evidence everything except medical ...once medical is done surely it can't take that long ..IV got no children no convictions nothing at all ...

I applied for partner visa in Feb 2020 , everything has been submitted except my medical , as it has been cancelled due to this virus , is there anywhere else I could get it ? I'm worried they won't look at my visa until this has been sorted and as soon as the flights are back.i want to join my hubby who is living in Oz and I'm stuck in the UK thanks

Thanks again for all your advice , I'm going to apply for perspective marriage visa ,then he can come & spend Xmas with my family & friends for a holiday , then hopefully I will be able to go back with him, if the visa comes through by then .. , I have got time it's just my impatient streak lol ... I know 60 days ...he's self employed and it's a long time to be out here , plus he has already had three months here nursing me with a hip replacement .. again thank you so much ....

Thank you so much , it's a minefield , I did look into that , if I apply for pros marr.visa , I was worried it would take months of me waiting in the UK ? For the visa to be approved ..another option was getting married here ,but my Australian bf has to be here 60 days .. , then we have both got be here for notice of marriage, before we can start the ball rolling , my brain is scrambled ....

I'm going to Australia on a tourist visa and am going by to marry my Australian bf (I'm from UK) , can I marry him and apply for spouse visa while I'm there ? And do I need any other visa?
