    Hi, Please clarify about Visa Processing time ( for example for 186 DE it is 5 to 6 months). Is the duration starts from: Nomination submission date Or Nomination approval date Or Visa application submission date Or ??? Also consider S56 Additional docu request and submission interval. Will this time be not counted? Thanks in advance.

    Hi, So far I know that if your docus are received that day will be shown in the Immi Acct. It is when you open Immi Account, in the middle of page find the heading "Last Update". This is the date when dept last received your docus. However, others to confirm this.

    Yap, talked to MA and given me a big hope coming near future for me. In fact, he mentioned, nothing to be done in this stage. By the by anybody having any idea to knock CO or Immi Dept about the delay?

    Hi, It is almost 4 and half months after nomination and nearly 3 months after last documents submitted, so I think the time line varies considerably which depends solely on CO.

    For my ImmiAcct it is shown: Type : Permanent Employer Sponsored or Nominated Visa (186,187) Estimated Processing Time: 5 months to 6 months But I have doubt, there may be mistake in the system because my case is more than 6 months but yet get decision!!!!
