    No same name. I added an update and told up them of a caution I received then got the police check after it seems to have been stepped down. So I am not sure they also seem to think I was in Malaysia for a year and want a police check I was there for 3 days. Seems like they haven’t read things thoroughly so a contact number would be great.

    Does anyone know how to contact the department to ask a question about their request? The case officer hasn’t left any contact info. I have contacted acro and they said the police check is still the same ‘no trace’ so they’re not sure what they are after.

    Hi Guys, They have requested and RFI. They want my UK police check although I already have uploaded the most recent one. Do I get another one? They have also asked for nature of the household for a period of time. Says sharing of housework. How the hell do I prove that?

    Same left form 80 out although knowing my luck they will ask for it. I don’t know if it’s to do with that New Zealand incident. I read they are cutting back on immigration.

    Not a peep. Been going over my head thinking I’ve done something wrong. You were the same day as me so we must be close as the start of October’s have been approved. Have you uploaded all documents?

    Congrats!! Think thats everyone granted now up until myself and the other 22nd October lodgers. Hopefully we hear some news this week or next.

    We didn’t mention it initially as she didn’t think it was on her record. We submitted the Australian police check and a note to explain that she thought it was just a fine and not on record. They haven’t requested any information from us yet in fact we have heard nothing since we submitted it. But I guess I should just accept I may be in limbo alongside you

    Congrats!!! We just received my partners aussie police check (the sponsor) and theres a fine from 1996 for possession of dangerous drug "she was smoking a joint". Does anyone know if this affects us in any way as she is the sponsor?

    Any of the October’s heard anything? Seems to be quiet the past few weeks.

    I put about 4 or 5 photos per page with a total of about 7 pages the merged it into 1 pdf. Hope this helps.

    Congrats!!! Seems the backlog of jan - sept is almost complete then onto us October ones. I’m hoping for a slight delay by about 2 weeks while I am waiting for my Australian police check to arrive. Really don’t want an RFI.

    Thanks. I can't edit my corrections. Do I just add a new one stating the arrests were in the UK? It would be so much easier if you could speak to a human to explain things.

    Brisbane also. That's where is missus is from. We lived there a few years back so plan to be close to her family.

    I hope this is the case. This has been the most stressful thing I have ever done in my life. I'll never do it again i'd rather live at sea than go through this process lol Hope yours is a speedy process. Do you know what part of aus you're going to?

    Hey Guys, I said on my corrections that I had a caution and drunk and disorderly fine but just recevied my police check this morning and it says 'no trace'. Have I shot myself in the foot by telling them about the arrests? Thanks

    You only lodged your visa a few weeks before me. Think I’ll get mine ordered now. Such a stressful experience this visa.

    Another quick question guys. I spent just under 12 months in Australia in 2016. I went home for 2 weeks during this time. In total I remained for 11 months 28 days to be exact. Do I need an Aus police check as well as my UK one? Thanks

    Hi all, just came across this forum and thank god I did. I applied 22nd 0ctover 2018 for 309/100. I haven’t heard anything back but looks like none of the October’s have. I have uploaded everything apart from police checks as I have been speaking to a solicitor about a caution. I have put I don’t have any convictions as I was told a caution is not a conviction. Does anyone know if I had to declare it? Afraid that because I didn’t mention it I may get rejected. Thanks.
