Hi all, Yesterday I received an email by the CO asking for Skill assessment, work reference, PTE to release the score for my husband as he is the main applicant (already submitted in first instance the application was lodged) and birth certificates for my children. While it comes to a surprise to me that they are still asking for documents already submitted my question is in regard of PTE. How can I contact PTE to release results? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Eva

Andy the Italian pending charges doesn`t have an expiry date you are right but its validity is for 1 year.

Hi Tayfun, I didn`t provide a statement but the employment offer and the contract stating the position offered, the hours worked and the yearly salary and the length of the contract. Also, stating in the contract that the employment is offered permanently would make it easy for you. The company was requested to explain why in the contract was offered 3 years and what that meant (in our case).

Did you actually work full time while on Student Visa? Were you the main applicant? Unless you had a doctorate study visa you are not allowed to work more than 20hrs P/W

Hey Deep, The post you quoted is from 2012. Anyway, my husband`s employer has applied on the 28 of February 2018 and has not been approved yet.

Hi all, I have applied on 31 July 2018 for DE. Just wondering if I need to provide Police check for my son who is 16 years old. Also, my IELTS test will be 3 years old in June. I`m not the main applicant. Do I have to book another IELTS test?

Thanks Hex, Well the occupation falls in the skills shortage for Australia. The company is small but really good. I`m starting to be worried. Hopefully once the 28 days of the requested additional documents to the company we will hear something. Hope is what keeps us moving but very anxious though.

I`m starting to think TRT is being approved quicker than DE. Please correct me if I`m wrong. The company has applied 1 year ago and just on the 4th of February the CO requested updated documents. Still showing as Further Assessment.

Hi there, Eva here new in the forum. I tried to put my information on the spread-sheet but couldn`t do it. Country Italy Nomination applied 28 Feb 2018 186 visa DE applied 31 Jul 2018 Medicals submitted 14 Oct 2018 CO assigned 04 Feb 2019. Asked the company for updated PL, evidence of training and a statement why is the employee (my husband) important to the company. Documents uploaded on 18 Feb 2019 Status changed from Received to Further Assessment Profession Cabinet maker Can someone upload my info please
