    How department know about working hours I work 38 hours not more then that since my 457start but my payslip has 40 hr per week By mistake and they correct it and send to MA he import old payslip and attached new one does it make any hamper on my visa ?

    New southwales TAFE will accept but you have to paid 2% my employer paid 2years lum sum on July 2018 and finally training benchmark mark last been replace by SAF levy again they paid SAF levy because I prepared to lodge my nomination befor July but you know it take time to collect all the document finally lodge on September 2018

    Anyone have idea about super my employer paid $2 doller less per year on my super how can I correct this and already lodge nomination I am worried about that can CO refuse by saying less super paid by employer ?

    big shock for the people who said xyz occupation is high risk this is low risk the main point is if you meet all the requirement( occupation list, employer lawfully operate in AUS ) then how can CO cancel your visa by saying your occupation is low that why we are not giving the visa thought you meet the all the requirement .i know that they will more concern about high risk occupation they will go through every tiny details as compare to low risk but main thing is as long as if you and employer meet all the requirement then no one can stop your visa. cheers

    I thing you are wrong mate DE has nothing to do with 457 visa , anybody can apply DE if they meet the requirement(skill assessment,3years work experience and employer willing to sponsor) but for TRT you have to work 2years on 457 visa who visa was grant befor 18april,2017 that’s why they can apply PR even there occupation short term list or remove from list doesn’t matter so who ever going to apply for DE occupation should be on MEdium term list.

    Because he/she try to make your application decision ready once CO open your file they will ask all the uptodate documents and your waiting time gonna be long again if your MA ask you your payslip and BAS in every 3/4month he/she give 100%effort to make your application decision ready that’s the reason there is thousand of MA who just lodge application they never open and upload any document some MA even don’t upload documents which already sent to them be happy at least he/she care about your application cheers

    DE or TRT if TRT can you tell me about your training benchmarks because you lodge after 12 august 2018 , did you shows both 2years training benchmarks Plus SAF levy or just paid SAF levy and lodge your nomination?

    my MA advise that they can pay 2% training benchmark of 2years lumsumb and company did by the time SAF levy was introduce and company again paid 3000 doller for SAF levy my nomination was lodge in september 2018 i am worried about whether my nomination will grant or not because they didnt meet tainging benchmark on past however some MA told me that if you lodge After auguest 12,2018 you dont need to meet training benchmark you have to pay SAf levy my resturant paid both and resturant located in very regional area of victoria where population is only 200 people what will be the chance of getting nomination ?? anyone can explain me please thank you occupation:cook 186 TRT lodge 25 sepetember 2018

    can anyone tell me about training benchmark my employer hasnot pay since last 2years because they think they can pay lumsum of 2% and i talk to my MA he said immigration accept lumbsum payment of 2% for past 2years he also said 3000 svf levy have to pay on top of that if we lodge after august 12 is there anyone whos visa was grant who paid 2 years traing fee at same time to the TAFE ? i am confuse whether to belive him or not but he is very good MA he is visa sucessfull rate is 100% he always applied decision ready application he call me 6oclock in mrng sometime 10pm at nigt if he need any document.
