    Hello everyone I just wanna know my 186visa was grant on 6months ago through (TRT stream ) can i work part time with another employer side by side not leaving the full time job ?

    Hi I want to ask one question I applied my ENS 186 through TRT stream on September 2018, got my nomination and visa on same time on May 2019. currently I am working at same place from where I got my PR,my boss told me that he is going to sale the restaurant on September this year and one guy is going to buy the place he is happy to keep me and he also told me he will increase my wage as well but I don’t want to work with him my question is can I leave my job after business sold out because according to my visa I have to work 2 Years? Any expert here please give me suggestions thanks

    Can we apply partner visa 820 because we are living in Australia but in different place she is in Sydney and me in Melbourne because she currently study in university we gonna register our marriage in July already booked a date she finish her uni in 2021 that why I tell her to live over there until she finishe her study if yes what document is needed please any body have any idea thank you cheers

    Here is some details I work in regional Victoria my restaurant is very small one manager and me myself full time staff our turn over is only around 500000 per year. There is mistake in my payslip and working hours as well according to old 457visa contract I thought CO gonna call me before grant or they just cancel but no straight grant no call , my MA put his effort even he call me 12oclock at night if he is confused in any document and he email me and phone me anytime if he need anything he charge good money and put all effort to make application decision ready. many people told me that business turnover and Number of staff and occupation High risk low risk Birth country high risk low risk matters but I always told them nothing matters if you submit application with genuinely if you and business is genuine nothing matters even new start up business can sponsor if they full fill all the criteria I never hear some one didn’t get their PR because he/she from poor country no. I wish everyone get their PR soon I know the pain of waiting period omg I checked this group 3/4 times a day, I really really wish all the people get Their PR and really thanks to all the member of this group I knew many things about visa and nomination from this group Came to Aus Oct 14, 2016 as a cook on 457 visa from Asia lodge both application on 22nov,2018 got PR 4th May 2019 got famous email on 4th April nomination and visa grant :4th May ,2019 nom 11.57 am and visa 12.40 pm Thank you so much everyone for support please some one add on spreadsheet I don’t know how to do it

    No I didn’t get any call my nomination grant today 11.57 and visa 12.40 but I got email with in a 5mintues difference thakns

    Good news I got my nomination approve just now 1min ago occupation:cook state: regional vic Visa and nov applied :nov 22,2018 (TRT) got famous email on 4th April applied decision ready application medical and police report in nov ,2018 every update BAS every 3months we upload how long does it take to grant visa any idea?

    I want to ask one question I lodge my application on September 2018 I am waiting my nomination and visa but today my boss told me that he want to sold the business retired , my question if he sold the business what will happen to my nomination and visa literally I am on depressed ?

    Regarding English testh English test is valid for 3years at the time of visa application That means if you applied with less then 3years old English test you don’t need to give English test at the time of decision if it’s become more then 3years or 4years doesn’t matter , I just read this news on MA page he said home affairs website just upload this news on their pages I don’t have link but I have a screenshot of this

    I talk to my MA this morning he get same email from DHA regarding my application although I did my police check ,and medical in feb 2019 (lodge both NOM and VISA application on sep,2018) and he said shortly means 1week to 3months probably before July

    department ask medical and police report means they trying to finish more application according to quota of 2017-2018 before July that’s why they want application decision ready instead of incompletely like most 99% MA lodged incomplete application , after July Quota will be 160000 I think

    Don’t you know your medical is valid for 12months mate , some time after 12months 2/3months will consider by CO it’s depend upon CO

    You wait for the visa that doesn’t mean they need skill worker ,waiting period is high because of application just wait and enjoy mate no need to panic

    I don’t know what is exactly rules is I talk with different MA they all said if you lodge nomination after 12august 2018 186TRT no need to shows previous training benchmarks only need to paid SAF levy that why they introduced SAF levy, I am not talking here about who lodge before 12august 2018 even still they don’t get there nomination or visa they have to shows previous traing benchmark. even one friend from this group he already received his nomination lodge in September 2018 186 TRT ,he just show SAF levy he didn’t shows training benchmarks of previous years so I think no body have exact 100% correct answer regarding this matter I think it’s all depends upon the CO they might ask you or not. May be we can get clear pictures if we have some body who recently got PR who logged 186TRT after 12august by showing SAF levy any others here please share your knowledge thank you

    Hello all I am living and working in regional Victoria and I applied through MA Sydney base and when MA send me acknowledgment letter emai which he receive from nswpeps that means my application process through NSW PEPS ? I think NSW peps is faster then other peps interms of file processing just guessing Not 100%sure by seeing some post in this group

    Migration quato for 186 visa will be increase or decrease in 2019-2020 any body know that? Please share the info I just see that and worried about quota because i think previous years have more quota for 186 visa I think 45000 now what I see in immigration web site it’s shows 30000

    Hi anybody have any idea regarding training benchmarks my restaurant standard business sponsorship approvewas approve in March 2016. According to rules my employer have to meet training benchmarks in every year till 12august,2018 Right what if we lodge application after 12august ,2018 still employer have to meet training benchmarks till 12august 2018. Or not if we lodge application after 12august,2018. Because my employer didn’t meet traing benchmarks of 2years but they paid lum sum amount of 2% to TAFE end of July because they don’t know rules gonna chnage by the time rules has been change and they again paid SAF levy too and lodge nomination in sep . I talk to Different MA they all said employer who lodge nomination after 12august,2018 they don’t have to shows and meet the training benchmarks every years immigration only see the SAF levy . Is here anybody who nominated is grant who lodge nomination after 12august and who employer don’t meet traing benchmarks of past year but paid the SAF levy ?
