    I did my 2nd one last week- $360. You need: -xray - health examination (height,weight, urine sample, eye test, check up, chat about health history) -HIV test

    I think it just may mean they are not longer indicative of the current status of the business or person applying. So there is no proof its still running , meeting training benchmarks for that year, person still working there. Police and health checks will also be expired. But its outrageous that they take this long, and didn't request updated docs. Never even gave them a chance. Shameful

    Hang in there!! I applied the same day as you and just heard something last week. I know how shit it is, but you must be nearly there. I would also advise having your agent (if you have one) contact the department and request an update.

    I think it is possible. My agent uploaded updated police check last week and I'm pretty sure it didn't change. Then yesterday she uploaded a few other docs, and clicked that all docs had been submitted and then the date changed. You can check - just go to 'attach documents> expand all --- then you can see all files and date uploaded for your application.

    So I got some news yesterday for both parts of visa after 18.5 months of radio silence Nomination: Immi requested a load of docs - mostly updated financials BAS tax return profit/loss PAYG updated contract registration of new trading name updated confirmation of employment Basically proof business still running and I am working there as it's been soooo long since I applied My visa: new police & health checks which sucks balls. $430 down. Also my Aussie bf's passport. Managed to get medical this morning and should have most docs today but not expecting to hear anything for a bit. I know my occupation is high risk, so im hoping they are just dotting the i's, but who knows as our loss this last year is pretty significant. keeping all my fingers crossed!

    have you got your agent to contact immi? mine told me once a little outside processing time, they can contact them and bascially say 'hurry up' . yours is well outside the times. While I understand there are other factors at play, seeing a grant within 5 months while you are waiting still seems crazy to me.

    I think he is just saying your case can't be completed until you get a nomination outcome. ie. just keep waiting... as always!

    Sure Click on your name at the top right > account settings > signature. You can then copy/paste someones current signature and just change the details to your own.

    Hey guys, if you all go to your account and add a 'signature', you can add your info below each post and this saves a lot of back and forth about timelines, occupations etc.

    This is what my MA warned me about. Groups scamming or lying. THIS is the reason for my 18 month wait, massive scrutiny of my role, and endless stress. Not only for me but for many here. I'm honestly disgusted.

    I am 18 months now. Many of people in same boat here I think. Not sure how much good calling is, unless you enjoy hold music. Just going to wait it out and hope for the best.

    I am the same role, but for an IT business. Been waiting for 18 months... Your company turnover is good though, and wait times seem to be decreasing so doubt you will have to wait as long.

    Hey! No. Decided there's not much I can do this year. I will wait until mid-Jan, then my MA will contact them. If nothing by early Feb, I think I will withdraw and apply for partner visa before my 457 expires in March. Not what I want to do, but don't want to rely on the business as it made a loss this year and they seem to be cracking down on this. Don't want this all to be a waste tho Hoping for some new year luck!

    We are all rooting for you! -- I really hope that means the same in Aus ... haha I have had a bottle of Dom waiting since 2016. Im hoping it ages well.

    So they've been smashing feb/march applications to bring down the average? Don't think it means much for us long-timers.

    Wouldnt worry about this. I'd say it makes you even more Aussie. I don't know many Aussie's who haven't been done for this or lost their licence! In seriousness tho, pretty sure they are looking more for lots of convictions or drug charges, violent crime etc. No stress. Really hoping you get a fabulous early Christmas present!

    Same. I am very happy with my MA- they are always on the ball. I'm sure we have given more than enough. Just my company stuff that gives me anxiety- small, complicated, low turnover- removed role Just need it to be over now.
