  1. Hello, Congratulations and thanks for sharing your timeline, that was a quick turnaround. If you don't mind me asking, what did you ask from the 'virtual.ceremony.nsw'? To schedule you for the ceremony? The congratulatory note that was given after we passed the tests specifically stated to not approach our local council. I guess it doesn't apply to virtual.ceremony.
  2. Hi, Sharing our progress and timeline. My wife and myself will be talking the tests tomorrow Current status - Permanent Resident Citizenship Application: 22 Jun 2020 Invitation: 28 January 2021 Test Date: 13 Feb 2021 (Parramatta Council) We don't need to bring the Form 1105 that we submitted on our application right?
  3. I think the actual form goes to the "Form 1195 declaration" under the "Recommended" section. That's what I did in my application
  4. Cool! Thanks for the clarification mate, appreciate it
  5. Hi All, I'm also in the process of doing the citizenship application online. We've already received the NSW Police Certificates, do I need to have it signed (certified true copy) by a JP? Thanks
  6. Thanks for the tip. If we submit form 80 through immi, under which document category should it belong to?
  7. Hi, Question about nomination approval - my nomination was submitted by my company's MA and I submitted the visa application myself. Will I know thru immi if the nomination has been approved or I need to be informed by the MA?
  8. Thanks all for the reply. I believe waiting for 5-6 months makes a lot of sense.
  9. Thanks for the reply. That's my concern as well. Since we are a total of 4 applicants, the cost for the health assessment is not cheap. If I wait for a case officer to be assigned, will they remind me about the health checks or a CO won't be assigned to our application until we undergo the health assessments?
  10. Hope it's ok to bump my previous message in case somebody knows the answer. Anyone?
  11. Hi All, I submitted our visa application yesterday and in my Immi account it says- Actions required: Arrange health examinations. Does it mean that we need to do the health assessments asap? I thought we'll only be informed about it and other required documents once a case officer is assigned to our application?
  12. [ Spouse Language Ability - Required? ] Hi, I'm finalizing our visa application in immi and under the Attach Documents page, the Evidence of Language Ability is showing under the Required section for my wife: I thought this will be asked later? Should my wife take the IELTS exam before we submit the application or can we proceed with the submission?
  13. Hi @here. I was thinking of taking the medical examinations prior to visa application but after browsing through this forum I realized that it can't wait. Problem is I already created a Health Declarations application in Immi last April 2018. If I try to remove it, I am prompted with this warning: Should I remove it? PS: I haven't submitted my visa application yet.
  14. Wow, can't believe I missed that. Thanks a lot! So to confirm, it's either we provide an IELTS result OR pay 5k. Is it a case-to-case basis or it will always be requested? (partner's english ability)
  15. Thanks @Loktar for the quick reply. Since you mentioned about installment, can you please elaborate on this more (if you don't mind) or if you can point me to a website that explains this. My understanding is that I have to pay the whole visa fee (1+3 dependencies) during the time application.
  16. Quick question - I frequently see posts about "request for proof of partner's English ability". What is being provided for this request? Does this mean that the applicant's partner needs to take IELTS or other English language assessment exam?
  17. Hi, thanks for the feedback and sharing your case. I'm in the same boat, we are 4 applicants in total so around 10k including medical. I'm only able to pay MA's fee for processing the nomination. I'm on my own for the visa application ?
  18. Hi, I've been lurking this thread and have been researching about ENS for quite some time. I'm currently on a 457 visa working for my employer since Sept 2015. My nomination was submitted in March 2018 by my company's MA and still waiting for approval. I've got a positive skills assessment (26311 - Computer Network and Systems Engineer) from ACS but already expired last month. I've also already completed and passed IELTS. Just want to have some clarifications about a few things: I understand that I can submit the visa application without waiting for the nomination approval but is it a big risk to do that? If the nomination was rejected, is there any review and appeal process? I am eligible for TRT stream, is this correct? Skills assessment is not required for TRT, would it help to include the expired ACS assessment results in the visa application? For Skills and Qualifications documents - can I reuse the work reference documents (certified true copies) that I used for ACS assessment even though it was dated a few years ago? I'm referring to previous work experiences. I'm planning to update just my current work. Appreciate any feedback. Hopefully, I'll gain enough confidence to push through with the application
