    Bro I hav replied to G kaur as department has requested medicals and afp frm her and once she hav done tht they refused her nomination. If they had decided to refuse nomination why hav to requested tht documents. I dnt know reason for her refusal. She hasn't mentioned tht

    May be they think they can break migrants but they dnt know migrants are hard wrking people it's not easy to break thm just by holding thm for long time. These kind of tricks dnt wrk much. May be more they are holding more u people are becoming stronger frm inside

    Does it means some of thm hav to wait never ending time period and they dnt even do anything I think just put thm on hold so tht they get frustrated some day and withdraw application. I have gone through tht bro. I hav waited 30 mnths whn processing time is 4-6 months and in these 2.5 years we always get this answer. And we never had any immigration visit no phone call to employer or any document request in tht 2.5 yrs so how can they say some application need more assesment how making smone wait for 3-4 years can give thm. Better assessment of smone

    May be Ur 457 is finished and medicare department could not get Ur vevo check thts why they refuse to give u Medicare card. My frnd has same situation but they issue him for 3 mnths once he provided them his bridging visa. May this help u. Normally they snd u interim medicare automatically if u hold any visa and applied for pr. This can be a reason. There is nothing to worry abt it. M not sure. U still hold 457 or not but yes if u do not hav any substantive visa at this time they will issue u Medicare only for three months and u hav to update Ur vevo wth thm every three months.. So if u dnt hav any substantive visa at this time it's 100 percent tht this is reason

    Is there any truth in tht the applications lodged by any agent who is under screening of department and lost his licence will take much more time than tht lodged by others. One of mine frnd application is pending from long time and he just changed his agent and new agent told him tht he already got twoapplications frm same agent who are waiting frm long time he Said it's bcz tht agent is under screening when he lodged their applications. Anyone has any idea

    Bro my frnd had same problem whn he applied 457. He came here on student visa and smhow didn't mention abt drunk drive conviction. Frm UK but whn he applied 457 smhow case officer requested for UK police clearence where his conviction show up but tht time in year 2013 smhow his MA saved him. He got the same letter u got to explain why he fail to declare his conviction. He get through this tht time. I just asked him wht they hav written tht time. He told me tht they mentioned in letter tht they student visa MA misguided him as he said his ma said he only needs to declare anything in which he served jail sentence. Tht time this explanation has worked for him. M not sure abt today bro

    Bro never call thm. It's a waste of time. I did tht for 2.5 yrs.. Never got right answer. File will open whn managment want to open. I dnt think this customer care people can do enough.

    Yes bro we did so many times.even we did official complaints and almost same answer same time tht it's pr visa so it needs more verifications and security check so it will take time. The answer was same even whn we complaint frst time and whn we complaint last time.. Once in 2017 they replied tht it can take another two years whn it was already 16 months passed tht time. May be smtimes they try to break u.

    Bro I dnt think it has to do anything wth tht. I waited for my grant for 30 mnths. Out which 28.5 mnths I was on bridging visa A. My visa expires next month whn I lodged mine. So I dnt think there is any truth behind tht. There are lot of people who got their pr even whn they hav other visa left for another year or more. Hope this helps u

    I know tht it's complicated wht I mean is his case is more powerful bcz department has approved the nomination wth same training benchmark as well. So thts his strong point wth which he can fight in AAT.

    Tosca training benchmark is not for individual it's for all bussiness. So thts why I think it's easy to win for him at AAT bcz they can prove it tht it's same department who has approved nomination of tht business wth existing training benchmark whether refusing nomination of other wth same training benchmark

    OK. My friend got nomination refused. He was wrking there frm 7 yrs frst. He was cook and he attached all the required documents u said but still they said it's not a genuine position as only two cooks were sponsored frm them and rest is front staff and other kitchen staff. They cleared everyone position on their organisation chart. Still they said position not genuine. So wht are their measurements to decide genuine poisition. If in a restaurant is whose sale is more than 50000 a week and they sponsor cook and department says it's not a genuine position then wht is a genuine position. In her case they said saloon is running without her frm last two years so we dnt think tht they need hairdresser but whn. Smone who is wrking there frm 7 yrs and they say the dnt think restaurant dnt need them or position is created. It's two diff statement. How can smone wrk for restaurant for 7-8 years in a created position.will smone afford smone to pay smone for 8 years for u genuine position..

    Once last year I clled immi and asked how long it will take. And the guy who picked up my cll start explaining me procedure tht frst u need to get Ur nomination approved for visa as u hav done for 457 and thn I ask who will approve my nomination and he replied they cannot tell me. They will only tell this thing to my employer tht who will approve nomination.
