Im in the same boat here, my daughter now wants to come back after her PR expired

Hi, my current perm resident visa is due to expire May 16, within the time of my 5 yr visa we lived in oz for 10 month then went back to the uk for 18 mth, now I'm settled back in oz and been back here one yr, i need to return to uk in June 16, by that time my PR visa will have expired so thought it would be a good time to look into it now, its saying because i haven't lived here for two years they want all sorts of details from me, does the two years have to be all at the same time or can it be split? how hard or easy are the RRV to secure? im a bit puzzled why they want all the same info we give the first time round for the visa. thanks

Hi my son has his passport connected to our family 176 SS visa. his current passport expires that is attached to the visa, does it get automatically attatched to your new passport when you renew the passport? or do we have to notify anyone? thanks

I'm just wondering how many people have found their self in this situation, my daughter who lives in England has told us she is expecting her first baby our first grandchild yay!!? Did you move back to the UK to be with her and the baby or did you stay in Australia and just do a UK visit etc? This is the situation we are in!!!!

Hello guys it's been a while since I was last on here, I have had plenty of good times chatting on here but lost contact with people as daily life goes on. My question is: we are perm residents on a 176 ss. Our current visa expires in May 2016, we lived in Australia Gold Coast for 10 months then went back to the U.K. for 15 months does the time we spent living here for the 10 months still contribute time towards applying for citizenship or do we have to start again from scratch, Thanks
