  1. PCC is valid only for 12 months, i guess your pervious PCC was about expire that's why they need new PCC
  2. Thanks mate, i just confirmed from immi site as well, but i just got shocking information from my employer that he hasn't spent enough on Training benchmark 1% for one particular year ?, does any one been in this situation? if shortfall amount spent in this financial year will it suffice the problem?? if not, how should i approach this issue, i just don't want to get rejected just because of employer made error. now i am really worried after i saw rejection 2days back of not satisfying benchmark for one member ?
  3. Guys i got quick question about "Training Benchmark - 1%", Can company satisfy 1% training benchmark by spending on me for training purpose or the expenditure has to be only on Australian citizens or permanent residents ? as obliviously i'm not either of it.
  4. 1/1/17 to 30/6/18 Projected 186 Visas = 34068 (-) 1/1/17 to 31/3/18 Actual 186 Visa Granted = 25551 ---------------- Estimate/Assuming Visa will granted = 8517 between April18 - June 18 ---------------
  5. i guess i should stop following immi account for a while, atleast i could be in peace of mind and enjoy the life instead in constant pressure .. bollocks ?
  6. @KKD sorry to hear mate, if you don't mind asking, what's your next step mate?
  7. guys , can anyone advice me what is this "Spreadsheet" and who can access it? is it done by immigration ? or forum members ?
  8. @TommyC thank you for your reply mate, i found this Legislation link which is " In force - Latest Version 15 March 2018" i thought to share with other fellow members , hope it may help on "Training Benchmark" Inquiries (btw guyz, notice there are two documents in pdf can be accessed by clicking "Download" button ) https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2018L00280 The training requirements outlined in this instrument only apply to a standard business sponsor on and after 18 March 2018.
  9. @cristinamia yes my company is standard business sponsor , do you know any info about 1% payroll includes wages and super or only wages?
  10. Hello guys i have question about "TRAINING BENCHMARK - 1%", 1) Does "Training Benchmark" should be in financial year (July to June) or calendar year (Jan to Dec) ? and 2) Does 1% Payroll including wages and superannuation or just wages? your responses are appreciated.
  11. @deepak1986, mate i'm not sure all i know is better to submit all documents upfront , that's what i did, i didn't go through MA i submitted myself on March 8 2018, i simply submitted all docs upfront employer and mine, so i guess may be you right if your MA says all doc's submitted then that's good and probably you wait for immi to respond if they need any further docs. may be other forum members might help on your enquiry.
  12. @deepak1986if you haven't submitted your employer financial documents, then please do right away instead waiting for immi to ask you , i think it is preferable to submit every documents from your side and employer side before only , so that way immigration have all documents in hand when they open your file.
  13. Calm down guyz.. let's hope everything goes well for everyone..we are dreamers and achievers not fighters.. "NETFLIX AND CHILL" ?
  14. sorry mate. just in too much pressure couldn't able to register at first time. but thank you once again
  15. so if i have applied 186 this march will caveats apply to me?? even if my 457 was approved back in nov 2015.. your help is much appreciated mate.
  16. i just went through immigration rules and i quite didn't understood when it said " Caveats per occupation for subclass 186 and TSS visas" under this link https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/work/work/skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists/caveats-on-occupations so i do not understand if 457visa applied after april 2017 and later applied for TRT then this caveats apply? or if 186 visa applied after april 2017 (irrespective of 457 approved before april 2017) will this new caveats apply? if anyone know about this information please throw some light. i'm really confused and worried as i have applied my 186 visa on 8/3/2018 and not sure will i be affected or not
