  10. Congrats mate.. hey man quick question about training benchmark , have you all together at once or periodically??
  11. Thanks for awesome advice mate today my employer paid to Pd training after consulting but what makes me worried is now what to write in correction form as being tax firm we always have to go through training and update our skills and geniunely my firm has paid for training in last two financial years but part of training done by prinicipal which we both understood it was wrong idea in this week and my employer mentioned he misinterpreted with legislation as principal is also included as australian resident & citzen in 1% for all this two years just because 457 immigration lawyer failed to mention about this obligation ? So guys be aware of MA advice ask multiple times untill u get clear picture on what u buying just dont leave everything on those A-Holes and better to do your ground work aswell - my 186 can only be refused on training grounds if it happens it will total mistake & lack of communication of MA (2years before) we pay huge amount for there services , relying on there advices we act upon and at end we are heading completely in wrong direction , i completely lost my hope after seeing visa rejection on solely based on training grounds But anyway cant leave the battle halfway right , So guyz tomorrow we have to write reason in correction form any of ur suggestions or advice is valuable ?
  12. Congrats Mate, this weekend will be extra special for you.. "PARTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY LIKE A KING MATE" ??
  13. @Katepip find below replies for same issue, (original link: On 14/05/2018 at 15:24, KKD said: Hello everyone, I’m a silent reader, just got a call from MA, my application was lodged on June, 2017, and nomination got refused today. I’ve seen people asking about if business operating at loss will affect your visa. The answer is , yes -------------------------------- on 14/05/2018 at 17:46 Hey @KKD....I had a nomination refusal too, it literally turned my world upside down; wont post details here, but safe to say a panic attack or two later, I reapplied. My only bit of advise would be step 1. take some time to leave it settle and think about things. Emotions are running high, and any decision may have a little spite/frustration in it. Is this where you want to be etc etc. then, if you think you can handle another application, step 2. go to a personal migration agent for a consultation if you havent already, not one associated with your employer. Get all your options, not just employer sponsored. I won't lie, the second application is harder...you know the possibility of a refusal, and it just adds to the anxiety of the wait. Feels like I've been waiting since last April! Either way, if I or anyone else here can help, just let us know; also keep us informed, as your misfortune might be able to aid someone else in their application. Thats why the forum is here in my opinion; support and advice
  14. i emailed to MA waiting for there response. but mate can you help me out in understanding this sentence below in colored Recent expenditure for Training Benchmark B means expenditure made in the previous financial year or the previous 12 months, Does previous 12 month period meaning - Calendar year ( Jan to Dec) or back date from186 Application lodged or from the day my 457 visa nomination approved date? i understand i sound silly could be the sentence is easy to understand but i'm in a bit pressure couldn't think straight, since morning my employer revealed about shortfall in training benchmark
