Hi Thank you so much. My bf has already applied for 186, he was waiting for immi, but now business is closing down. THe owner has other restaurants but under dif ABN, thats why i mentioned this.

Hi Guys I need help My boyfriend got a 457 for 4 years as a restaurant supervisor in Perth, did 2 his 2 years and applied for 186 in Jun 2018. Now, the company is shutting down, is there any way to continue with his 186 as he did his time in the company? also, owner of the company has another business in Geraldton and could place my bf there until his visa comes through. Any help with this? Pls, this is urgent!!! Thank you

The immi guys said that without the nomination, my visa process was going to take longer, I don't know, it seems like a different area/party processes nominations and immi visas. Not sure but my boss will send an email today just in case

Guess so, I called immi yesterday and that'ss what they said, but oddly, the asked me if my nomination has been approved, and I was like, well.. you tell me, and they said, just your boss can give you that info, if it has not been approved yet, pls ask your company/MA to send an email to nsw.pse@homeaffairs.gov.au asking for the nomination at least. Otherwise, It will take longer than20 months.
