Processing should be timely, for both national security and migrant wellbeing.”

Many occupations from skill level 1 usually get processed quickly not just doctors.

Congrats, let there be more good news. Infact, i dont want to see any thing again from 2016, let all their visas be granted today and move to 2017 and 2018 in Jesus name, Amen.

From my understanding, this occupation required minimum of diploma which you have obtained already but i don't know if it is relevant to the nominated occupation.

I declare that the long delay in 187 visa processing time shall be reversed by the special grace of God, Amen. Let there be visa testimonies henceforth.

But other visas processing time is not like that of 187, why shortage of staff is not affecting those ones.

Who knows why there is an increase in processing time for 187 visa? Recent report shows that there is a decrease in the number of applications due to current eligibility requirements. An immigration agent stated recently that he have not lodged any 187 visa application since march 2018 after march announcement.

I hope they will look into this long processing time, it is embarrassing.

Am not sure if they are processing application again. May be they are waiting after june 30.

Why are they processing especially temporary visas quick, and why staff cutting not affecting it?

What of if one agreed with the employer to leave may be due to study purpose as most remote communities have no educational institution, will the immigration consider this as a genuine reason, if possible how can it be communicated to the Immigration?

My contract did not state that i will work for two years with my employer after visa grant but it states that the contract is a full time fixed term and will be effective once the visa is granted. Although i have been in the role for almost 3 years on 12 months full time permanent.

Nothing to prove that his actions is for the benefit of Australia. This is inhuman behaviour and corruption at the highest level. How can you delay visa applications for up to 2 years, still went ahead to deny the visa and collect huge amount of dollars. Why not process the application as quick as possible, make decisions whether positive or negative so that people can move on with their life. They are collecting huge amount of money from the applicants to run their government but failed to grant visa and delays so that applicants can voluntarily withdraw their applications thereby allowing them to withhold the application fee which is huge. How much did they pay to be created in Australia and how long did it take their request to be processed. They are only good in processing temporary visa applications quick but failed to do so for permanent visa applications because of their hidden intentions.

It depends on visa sub class. 187 visa is currently between 21-23 months while 186 visa is between 12-13 months.
