Hi Siddu, I want to do my skill assessment for 190 visa not for 187.

Is any of the cook done his skill assessment as a chef . I am little confused can I do my skill assessment as a chef or just cook . I have two year fulltime and 3 year part time experience as cook.

Hi I applied mine on 08/2017 as cook no news yet. My friend applied his file as same position and restaurant on 06/2016 and his file open in 03/2017 visa granted in 04/2017. I am thinking to do skill assessment and apply for 190 visa . It is very long time to wait for 24 month.

I have a question. How come immigration processing ens (186) application with in 12 months but rsms (187)file taking more than 22 months to process. Rsms applications have number 1 priority on the immigration website. Any idea.

My friend nomination file open today co ask for buisness bas , profit and loss statement and income statement. applied on june 2016 oc as cook

I think you are trying to import the nomination application. We cannot import nomination application in our immi account try with you visa application reference number .

If owner sale his restaurant before your nomination file is open immi will ask you to withdraw your application or they will reject it. Same situation happened with my friend as well. Now he applied for new nomination and visa application throw new owner .
