Thanks for your help rammygirl. The format is extremely tedious having to add each trip individually rather than just being able to attach a list. There's also the holidays to add which at least have email confirmations.

Could anyone advise on the citizenship by descent form filling that requires all travel details from the age of 18. This means my daughter would need to list 14 years' worth of trips and as she works for an airline it would involve hundreds of flights, many of which are not even recorded in her passport.

Taking cats
in Pets
That's so sad about the penguins. I'd be distraught to witness that. As far as I know sadly there are no penguins in Sydney.
My daughter's two cats are indoor apartment cats in Sydney. She specifically chose them for rehoming as they had never been outside. She's taken them to the park for a stroll on leads. One quite enjoyed it but the other was terrified.- 1

I'm very impressed CEP. I'm losing my pivot tables' skill since giving up work. There'll be lots of waiting time envy going on!

Thanks guys!
Another question for those in Oz who got email and had to leave (laf was it you who went to Bali?) When you emailed them giving flight details how quickly did they come back and say ok. I've booked for this Sunday and am worried they won't see my email in time!
No Dondons1UK it wasn't me. I was here in UK when my grant came through. -

So I can't quite believe I'm writing this but
I GOT MY GOLDEN EMAIL!!!!!
I now just have to leave the country for 5 working days and when I come back I can begin finding a job and then we can begin finding a house. It's all so exciting.
Thank you to everyone on this board for helping to keep me sane!
Jon you were right to have that good feeling. I'm hoping it happens for the rest of you too! Come on KatieBobbles you must be next.
That's wonderful Dondons1uk, so pleased for you. Good luck with the job search and have a lovely mini break!

Are you named on the council tax or electoral roles (You know the please verify who can vote letters you get each year???) Also are on each other's wills, pensions as named beneficiaries or in a joint life insurance as I assume he they have these for the house? That way they can show would go to you if something happened to him and vice versa?
In other news I saw 6 magpies before 10am .... was sure it would be my day but nope turns out we just have a lot of bloomin magpies around at least I'm not getting dive bombed by them and those blasted drop bears [emoji23][emoji23]
The other day (after I'd got my grant) we had a dozen or so magpies going mad outside. I went to see what was going on and my cat was running around with one in his mouth. I chased and shouted at him and he let it go and it flew off. His mates saved their friend. I'm not sure if that was a celebration of my good news or not [emoji38].- 2

Police check finally arrived in the post, uploaded and now praying for a quick answer! We fly in 28 days.....
Mine took 26 days from submitting further information so it's tight but you and Tanc7 might be lucky. I really hope so especially as you have booked your flight

Behave yourself Katie and you'll get good news before Christmas. They must want to have a clear out beforehand.[emoji2]- 1

It does seem like they approve them in batches - I received my grant yesterday as well. Applied end of April, further info requested 1st November, visa grant 30th November.
Good of luck to all still waiting, I know your pain!
Big congratulations RHJ1987!!- 1

Hoooooooooooorahhhhhhh .... couldn’t be happier for you, such great news. It’s been a long wait, now you can relax a little and celebrate at last
Thanks so much mhaffie. Out for a family curry tomorrow night, nothing too fancy, wine and beers instead of cocktails and champagne. Need to conserve our money for the forthcoming trip! Still can't believe it's real.

Congratulations BacktoOz!! I also received mine this afternoon. Both the 309 and 100. So relieved. Have to arrive before 23 March so can now look forward to a summer trip.
Thinking of all you still waiting. Katiebobbles you will be next I'm sure.- 5

It is crazy coincidence! Yes looks like they are on work visa. Both lovely houses, ours has another bedroom and nicer Kitchen with high ceiling and velux windows, but we are asking £25k more. Tricky to tell.
Sounds well worth the extra. I expect yours will sell first.- 1

I'm getting irritated on your behalf Laf!
Our house went on the market today. And then unbelievably a neighbours went on hours later, I messaged them and they are also moving to Sydney with a job offer!! Mental. They are literally 50 metres round the corner. Oh and the family next door are considering a move to Dubai. I just want to sell my house!!
Wow that is a coincidence. Are they going on a work visa? Hope the competition doesn't hinder your sale.

Oh and I figured would just get ... you are well within their 12-17 months line if we called
Yes Katiebobbles and if it wasn't for this forum we'd all be sitting back thinking it was quite normal to wait up to 17 months. Unfortunately we're all comparing ourselves to the speedy grants .

Ah no I have just looked again: If you go into the application details page / view attachments tab there is a print icon top right, and when you click on it this creates a pdf listing of all the evidence uploaded. I would absolutely keep a record of this.
That's a really good idea Jon. I will definitely create a pdf copy of my attachments, just in case
-
That is strange. I have 4 of them with the documents listed by category, with received written next to them.
In the downloaded pdf application? -

If you download a copy of your application it included a list of the documents received. I find it unbelievable Ben that you agent has not done this, and been able to show it to the Immi immediately.
My attachments don't show in the downloaded application. I can only see them online when I click on "Add Attachments". It's not possible to open them to look at them.

It’s an absolute joke. How are u even suppose to know that the embassy actually get the evidence there should be a response email saying documents have been received so u actually know they have received them. This is the problem we have had.
Even wehen we sent off for our appeal my agent sent 5 documents with the appeal application and we got an email back stating each item they have received
Really wishing you luck with your appeal Ben.

So have people had issues with documents not showing at the embassy end as this would be interesting to know as ours was refused as the embassy didn’t receive anything apart from our application. Subsequently it was refused due to them not receiving anything although 50 docs were sent.
Will be helpful to know as we can use this in our appeal.
It seems as if no-one knows until if and when they decline their application!

I know unsure why i cant see signatures on the app either. Hence the questions. Sorry
I know I shouldn't let myself get worked up not hearing anything but I am getting in a bit of a tis most days ... so unhelpful
This all has to be over soon ... surely!!!!Everything definitely displays and updates better on my laptop.
I'm lucky in that I don't have a job offer or flight booked like some of you but it's the fear that something disastrous has happened like documents not showing their end!!
Citizenship by Descent - travel info.

I definitely don't think it's worth using an agent for citizenship by descent. There's nothing complicated about the application just some strange idiosyncrasies such as Australia being missing from the list of "countries visited"! I can't see any reason for this other than that they presumably have access to these records. I would have thought they would state that there's no need to list any Australian trips if that's the case.
