  9. Hi Davv, Apparently for 457 visas applied before 18th april 2017 & 482 visas applied before 20th march 2019 can use 187trt & the remaining 187 visa application stream will be abolished on 16th november 2019.
  10. Sadly its upto the company what they want to give & it has always been 187TRT for everyone before me & i dont think the case would be different for me either. No harm in asking i guess.

  12. Hi All... newbie to this forum. Just a quick question, if anyone can help me out. I am due to apply for my 187TRT. My wife is pregnant & she wants to travel home. I was wondering if i can add her as secondary applicant if she is offshore.also if the baby is born before the visa is approved, can i add the baby too as offshore. Another scenario where the baby is born after the pr is approved, what are my options then. P.S I am on 457 with the same employer since oct 2016.
  13. Thank you milliski88 . So it doesn't matter that she is on shore or off shore. & i can add the baby to my 457 visa & bring them here & later add to pr visa?
  14. If anyone can help me out. Does anyone know whether all the applicants have to be onshore to apply for 186TRT? My wife is pregnant & she wants to travel to india for her delivery. This affects my timeline. If i can apply for PR with her offshore & once the baby is born can i add the baby to the application without applying for child visa 101. Or should i wait up until my kid & wife are onshore. @Hex - i have seen you have solutions for most of the issues. Would you be able to help me out

  16. Hi all, Just wondering if any technical sales representative who have recently applied for ENS 186 TRT from 457 (grandfather agreement). Would be applying soon for PR under 186 TRT, looking to clear some concerns. Thanks in advance
  17. hi All, With the RSMS transition stream, is skill assessment a requirement?? Only asking because the fact sheet from DIBP says about access to only certain existing provisions under the TRTS.
