I was the 30th October. Just kicking myself as I just didn't specify where a road ticket my hubby got was from .... they don't even show up on the police certs but I was being so over cautious and am now kicking myself daily ....
It's such a stressful process will be so glad when it's over.
When did you upload extra info??? Xox -
I know I am the same. I'm just hoping we are in a pile somewhere and haven't been re-assesed yet. for us all to hear soonNot going by my very straight forward application submitted in March. The only further information requested was police checks which I imagined would just be checked in a flash and the grant approved. Congratulations to all the successes but I probably need to distance myself from the forum and from checking my Immi account as all the much later applications being approved is really worrying. Congrats
Surely we are next@dondons1uk I'm not gonna lie I am now checking emails every hour and getting so disappointed ..... gotta just forget about it for now .... -
Fab news and nice to see someone with extra info requested was doubled back onto. Congrats and happy packingHi all
Visa granted today 309 then 100. We submitted application on 2nd may18 front loaded. Asked for additional information on the 24Oct and granted today 27Nov. We applied online by ourselves and date of arrival is 4th of April because the police checks expires then
Now I'm really- 2

I hope you are right but we are back to the waiting game. Just gotta cross our fingers and toes and hope we are on Santa's good list!I really would have thought so. I guess some to come back to are more complex than others but still. They must have fully reviewed it to know what questions they wanted to ask me so you'd think get it ticked off whilst fresh in the mind.

@dondons1uk it's so hard waiting isn't it .... all I am holding onto is as long as grants are coming through they are still working the pile ..... I would worry more if the grants dry up .....
All crossed for us all- 2

Mine came on the same day .... I defo had the platinum service at Knightsbridge .... but I'm now paying for it.
Further info requested and uploaded in the 30th Oct and still waiting .... hopefully soon -
Wow ... I also went to Knightsbridge the receptionist was lovely on the phone and in person ..... must have hit a good day.
The doctor was really nice tho and radiologist was sweet when I was looking at my chest x-ray (it's not everyday you see inside yourself)
Hopefully it's a quick and painless experience for you -
Congrats to all who heard and got visas. Come on us further info peeps

We put in pay slips and in statements what finances we would have to set up when we arrive.
Again it wasn't requested but we wanted to show this as well as show those pay slips appear in transfers into the joint account. -
Lol.... I heard on a forum ages ago (before I applied) someone believed that there were more 309s granted at the start and end if the month ...... so I have now resigned myself to not hearing until then .... I mean if they want to prove me wrong and send me a golden email today I am not against that ... in these cases I like being wrong!!!!.... but for my sanity I am choosing to believe that.
I have to say since having the request I have found myself being a little all consumed by this and I have to go back to the previous mindset of just wait to see when we hear from them. I am getting into some right states of what if there is a problem, should I have done more ..... there is nothing to be done now I just have to trust I gave enough to prove we are genuine (I mean if you met my hubby you would know it is ... No way you have 8 years and a sprog together for a visa ..... there are easier ways in (And shorter life sentences!!!))
But it's so hard that someone you never meet and never talk to can hold your whole future in their hands ....- 1

Yeh mine was similar. I read the reply to as being through the immi account only but I haven't heard back so can't guarantee 100% that's the answer ..... good luck
-
So did I laf I thought they were grants from oz ..... Well hopefully it's an overtime weekend!!!!I know although some grants have come through at the weekend and during our night time. I thought all the UK applications were processed in London.- 1

Well I tried to log in today and the whole site is down for maintenance so doubt we hear this week.
I know it's so hard. I wish there was an SLA that we knew (I'm sure they have one) that is from pressing the I have supplied all data button you will hear in 20-30 days ... that way we at least know when to expect they will loop back into the additional information .... unfortunately we are just continuing the waiting game ..... hopefully we hear soon ... as Jon said a few posts ago at least it wasn't a no .... so hopefully this is the last bit to finalise before the grant.
We gave the 10 years info on the form 80 I think from memory

I agree ... it is just back to the waiting game .... all whilst we are watching Westminster implode and the pound crash against the AUD!!!! There goes the car!!!!!
-
We had 7 days to reply from a request on the 30th ..... now 16 days since uploading (did on the same day) and not a word.... I guess we are in a holding pile waiting to be re-assesed.
I agreed seeing rejections is concerning but we have to hope that asking for more info means the initial assesment was ok and this is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's... that's what I am telling myself anyway ... still -
Congrats .... nice to see visas still processing ..... keeps the faith alive for those of us still waitingNot a 309, but our prospective marriage visa was granted today!
We applied on 31st May, and got the grant email at 12.30pm today. We front loaded, and have had no contact until now - we were still on 'received' as of yesterday evening.
Now to start planning! -
Congrats to you both. Jon does that mean the champagne was with lunch or are you having a boozy Monday night?!!!?

Thanks for this .... We only had 7 days so who knows .... hopefully not too long for any of us still waitingMy agent, rather depressingly, told me that it still may take the published timescales to get a final decision even though further information requested but I think that was backside covering. They ask you to provide the info within 28 days so they must come back and review them as if people haven't provided the info in that time they would reject them.
I've done a bit of googling around and one migration agent advises it usually takes another 2 weeks from providing the info because you go back into their "awaiting further info" pile and they review them periodically. So fingers crossed we won't be waiting too long!- 1

Oooh @Askem81thats so exciting wishing you all the best on the next part of the adventure

Hey Stoney
You can't do it in the app you need to be on a computer (Well I do anyway)
Go to settings in the top corner. There is a menu down the left side, look for Edit Signature.- 1

Thanks at least that gives me hope I did do it right but they haven't got round to re-reviewing.No, I’m still waiting as well. Submitted further info on 1st of Nov but didn’t click ‘the button’ until a couple of days later!
Jon I know you "still haven't found what you are looking for" but it will be the "sweetest thing" and a "beautiful day" when it comes through!!!! Hope u enjoyed the concert!- 2
