  1. You can check that in the spreadsheet. I think it's pretty much up to date. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1INy6sxuUIisgLOT7CcskWLjQjHV_6yVvUBRHceWE_a0/edit#gid=1445656385
  2. Hi everyone, I just lodged my 186 visa application yesterday. Can anyone show me how to create the new worksheet for October 17 please, so I can add my info in the spreadsheet. Waiting game is on for me now. :))
  3. Congrats, Shigeaki. Could you tell me a bit regarding to your timeline? Did you submit a form 80? Thanks man.
  4. Hi guys, I'm the only applicant for my 186 visa, no other family members attached to the visa. So should I submit the form 80?
  5. Thanks, Raul. Of course the financials and training benchmark, my boss has to do it herself. I gave her a copy of all requirements from the department website regarding the nomination so she should be aware of it. There're no other Australian citizens work in the same position in the company, so we need to compare my salary to the market. Thus, it's a market researching, I think I can do it by myself. So far I have references form Australian bureau of statistics, Job outlook, Fair work ombudsman, several similar job advertisements from Seek and other job seeking websites and Salary guides from Hays, Robert Half and Robert Walters. Are there anything else I have missed?
  6. Thanks a lot, Maggie. As my contract, I started working on 29/07/2015. So I think it should be alright.
  7. Hi everyone, Do I need to submit Form 47a and Form 80, and also a birth certificate? I'm only applying for myself and have no intention to include my parents to the visa. Thank you.
  8. Good on ya, Dee. :))) Anyway, I have a month to go. I will try all my best. When the day comes, if I'm not confident in what I've got, I will hand over everything to the MA. :)) Thanks again, Dee.
  9. Thanks a lot, Dee. Did it help you to minimise your agent fees? How much did you pay to your MA for just checking and submitting? I'm literally preparing all documents by myself according to the document checklist. It is because my MA who did my 457 quotes $4000 of agent fee for the nomination and the visa. I think that's too expensive for a single application without any dependents.
  10. Hi all, My 457 was granted on 25/08/2015. I have been on the same full-time position and there are no unpaid leaves have been taken. Is it means that I only can submit the nomination and visa application after the 25/08/2017 to satisfy 2 years on 457 requirement?
  11. Thanks a lot man. I didn't know that you can ask MA to do the nomination only. How much did MA cost you? Have you got your visa approved yet?
  12. Thanks a lot man. So the signature from my accountant should be alright hey. I had been worrying about finding an auditor to audit the financial statements.
  13. Hi Guys, Anyone have been requested an audited Balance Sheet and P&L? Are these financial statements need to be audited by external auditor or just internal accountant? Thanks.
  14. Thanks Members5, Did you apply by yourself? What type of 186 did you apply? Yeah, I saw a lot of people are frustrating with the waiting time these days. The department ridiculously increased the processing time. I have been considering the risk as well. But I think I just give it a try to collect all documents as the department's list. If I'm not confident with what I got by the end of August, I'll give it to the MA.
  15. MaggieMay24, Thanks a lot, Maggie. I read your replies in many other posts. You're always really helpful. The audited financial statements are now pain in the neck for me. My company is pretty small, so that I don't think we have ever done an external audit before. We're an accounting firm, so I'm thinking to give the financials to the company auditor to sign off.
  16. Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum. I'm going to apply 186 TRT by myself. Can anyone help me with these following questions regarding 186 visa please. 1/ My IELTS valid until 30/05/2018 (as I know it's valid 3 years). I will probably apply by the end of August 2017 (enough 2 years on 457). As I see many people are waiting longer than 10 months. So that my question is what happens if my IELTS was expired while my visa application was processing or CO hadn't opened my file yet? Would they ask me to take the test again? 2/ I'm confused about audited financial statements. Does it have to be signed off by a registered auditor or just a company accountant? 3/ The immigration department ask for " a detailed statement declaring that the requirement for the nominated person to have worked full-time in their 457 nominated position for at least 2 years has been satisfied". Anyone know how to get it?
