Our MA still finding the way . But he said as this case may be immigration will not grant PR.

Hello everyone after a long time case officer call to our restaurant owner for checking as dept knows our restaurant closed . Dept gave 28 days for proof that restaurant owner still want that cook. Now our MA advice is to apply new application for PR. We are worried after long time case officer show interest in our file . But it’s our bad luck that restaurant owner has closed the restaurant. Plz give us good advice if anyone have a knowledge about this matter.

Hello everyone As we all are waiting for visa approval. We are faceing one major problem. Our restaurant owner going to sell his restaurant. Because he wants to start new business.our file is in processing.we try to convince him that please don’t sell . But he refused to listen anything. Now we don’t know what will happen to our future. On the other side dept taking so much time for approval. We applied last year may 2016.

U r right no one knows what they are doing? My husband visa 457 will over in 18 December. But we are still waiting for PR. Very tensed days. No one knows what they will do.

Same here. My husband applied PR may 2016. Now our file is in processing. My husband visa will over in December 2017 . May be soon we will get our PR. Hope for the best.

Hi everyone i read post all the time. It gives lit bit relaxation that so many people waiting for the PR. I am not the one. We applied ENS 186 last year the month of May. Our nomination was approved in July month. But we are still waiting for the visa . Don't know when it will approval.
