I can understand exactly what u feel now. Because we feel the same. But find another way. Choose another visa option.MRT take so much time .don’t loose hope. Already dept take so much time if they have any problem why they not tell earlier in last moment they break all hopes .

Because our owner sold his business ?.it was trt Nd occupation was cook.In February we got refusal email.so that by we decide this time no more ENS.

Hii i read all post Nd one thing come in my mind . People are waiting since 2015,16,17.still they not heard any news. We recently received refusal from dept. now again we applied PR with in few months but this time not ENS186.if we will applied this year when we will get that golden email in2020.???

That same thing happened with us . Our employer was sick. That’s by we decide this time we will go with visa 190 .its much better rather than facing panic, feels helpless.

He already sold that restaurant when we came to know about. He just call all employees Nd announced that he sold his restaurant. Ofcourse he was sick. I learned this thing that no one care no one emotion in business.we waste our money and time as well. Now again new beginning where day by day they change rule.nd other hand dept take so much time to gave answer.

Hmm. We are thinking about visa 190. Because my husband has 5 yr experience in cooking.again find employer Nd again that tenison .MA said he will try his best . Otherwise everything in hand of god.

Hello i just want to share this thing that our PR has been rejected due to close of business.AS our MA prepare our earlier that dept will not approve our PR in this condition.but it’s take so long that we applied in May 2016.now 2018 we get result. Unfortunately all about destiny.now our MA advice us to go to MRT.because we pay all taxes. I don’t know it’s good or bad. But we don’t have any option.

Immigration will start count your time when ur file get any case officer.they will demand doc Nd other things

December 2016 nomination was approved Nd after that file was in processing.but restaurant owner sold his business.we received email from immigration first week of January. They want that we comment on our situation. We submitted in last week of jan. now we are waiting for result.as our MA said if they are taking so much time may be result not in favour otherwise god knows why they are taking so much time. We already wait so long.now we are stuck.

Anyone knows how much time MRT will take for ENS 186 cook.......any advice because our restaurant was closed. Nd dept wants comments on our situation. We sent them email Nd told them whole truth. But yet we not received any results.but our MA said if they are taking so much time may be result will not in our favour..

Hello our story is really weird. Earlier I was waiting for PR.Now situation is change. Our nomination was approved in December 2016 . After that our file was in processing. Later on our owner sold out business. Now immigration sent email in January to comment on our situation. Our MA sent email with the help of our owner . Now mid of February we are still waiting for Response.We don’t know what will happen. Either we get or not. Nd otherside immigration not responding as soon as possible. Dept taking so much time.??????????

You r right. Everyone here is as frustrate as you are.no one knows why immigration is so slow . Atleast give proper response that you r giving any visa or not.we are paying taxes, and follow every rules. But still we are living on hope.

You are right that it’s not all about money but that time.. let’s see what will happen.i am not lucky as because your family is with you and my husband is in Australia but I m in my home country.i don’t have any visa to go there and meet my husband earlier I applied tourist visa but they reject so my husband applied my PR. Lets see what dept will decide

Everyone is facing different types problem. Our file was in processing until our restaurant owner sold his business. Now dept wants reasonable answer from us that Justify your reason nd situation. Our MA trying very hard. It seems that we are stuck somewhere. Earlier dept did not show any interest when we were eagerly waiting for checking . Now nothing in our hand except their decision. Wheather it will good or bad. We spend money and time as we were waiting for May 2016.I wish this could not happened with anyone.

But the bad thing is that we waste our 2.5 year for waiting PR. Nd lotts of money and time also . If we go again with new applications it’s take more years .
