I have One PCC  in French Language.  Am I required to translate this PCC to English Language?

If  Yes,  is there any official Govt website to translate French PCC to English PCC?

Yes you must have it translated into English. It doesn’t have to be a certified translator but must have their details and in what capacity they are translating. Nothing easy in this visa process 😱

Just had our acceptance letter through, very relieved 😊. Someone up there must have been listening to my moans. So, on to the next stage now. It's been almost exactly 4 years since we started the process in 2015, at the time it was taking 20 -24 months to be processed,  I feel for those still in the queue as to even get to this stage will take a very long time.

I still feel the system could be improved  at the point of aos application and if I finally get a visa I will put my points to people mentioned previously., if they don't know the problems they can't  improve them.🤗

Congratulations Shelagh, I'm so pleased for you. The visa came through so quickly. You can really enjoy Christmas and look forward to your new life in Australia.

Hope you're next Rosiejaq, along with me of course🙄😋😁!!

Thanks Linda and Rosiejaq, I’m sure you will both get your Visas very soon. I agree with you Linda about letting the authorities know that the system as it is at the moment is not working and it’s effecting peoples lives. I also think they need to give realistic timeframes for these Visas so people can plan their lives better. A lot of people that applied for 173 visa would have gone straight for the 143 if they had been given the correct information. 🙏🙏🙏

  3. G’day... we received our request for second Vac yesterday and Visa Grant today. Just for information.... we paid via Bpay with CommBank.. in the mobile app... select Bpay... new... use your phone to scan the invoice... ( it said the amount was more than my daily limit. Would I like to increase the limit) I increased the limit no problem and clicked pay. So simple ... I then sent a copy via the same email I received from team 1. The Visa was granted at 3am. We have until the 29/11/2020 to enter Australia to validate it.

Thank you to everyone that helped us over the last 4 years, without pomsinoz to help us it would of been just about impossible to get through all the paperwork needed for a successful outcome. We didn’t have a migration agent but with all your help we made it. Thank you and good luck to all those awaiting their AoS letters and final Vac payment, especially Rosiejaq I feel guilty getting our Visa before you. We can’t travel before April as it takes 6 months for the process to bring our dog.

    Good luck 😘Shelagh

  4. Hi Linda, I can’t believe you’re still waiting. As for your question..... it’s usually a year from your medicals and criminal police report but some people that received their visas since July have been given 12 months from the date of their visa. I think the earliest we will have to validate ours will be August 2020. Like everything to do with this Visa no 2 are the same!!

    Good luck. Shelagh

Congratulations Shelagh 😁 so pleased for you. Hoping our letter is following closely. It'll be interesting to see when you have to pay second instalment.

When did your son reintroduce the documents.?

Thanks Linda, My son paid the Bond  26/10.... refused on 13/11 and phoned centerlink straight away to complain and they looked up his account and confirmed all the paperwork was there.. they told him they would resubmit the AoS and would phone him by the 20/11.... when they didn’t phone he phoned them and was told the AoS letter was sent out on Monday so he would receive it in the next couple of days. I think it all depends on the person you speak to at centerlink and how well they know the process. I think we were lucky. Yours will arrive very soon. X

    Hello

Another question. My mother is currently in Australia on visitors visa. I believe that she is not supposed to be in the country during the 143 grant. However given the unpredictable timeline after submission of documents, I am not sure if she should leave the country right away after we submit the requested additional documents or should we wait to hear back from immigration? Or should we email our case officer and ask for advice?

Does anyone else have any experience like this? Any advice on how to handle this situation?

    TIA!

No don’t make her leave as it will be at least 4 months before you get the Visa. She doesn’t have to leave until after you’ve been asked to pay the second installment,  I think you have 28 days to leave the country and you need to send them copies of your flight tickets.

We got the email for more documents on the 6/8/2019 and are still waiting to pay the second installment. Enjoy Christmas and New Year with your Mum. 😘

Thanks 😊 daughter was expecting a call from CL yesterday but nothing, so they’ll try and ring during their lunch break!  Smoke getting bad again so the kids will probably be sent home from school 😩😎😎

So sorry to hear your family are at risk and could really do with your help.... it’s so unfair the way you have been treated and all you’ve had to put up with. If anyone deserves good news it’s definitely you. Fingers crossed you’re there before Christmas.x

Hi Shelagh,  no we're like you waiting for the acceptance letter from Centrelink after getting a rejection,  but we're off to Australia in just  over three weeks so things could be tight! We'll see how we go, can always ask for an extension as we're away for seven weeks.

Could always go to Bali but we'll see.

We're neck and neck you and I !

    Linda x

Fingers crossed Linda you'll get the visa before you leave. Have you found a removal firm yet? We are planning to move whether the house is sold or not in April.... too much time has been wasted waiting for the visa. Enjoy your holiday in Oz over Christmas and New Year with your family.

    Hello everybody,

i’ve applied Aos as assurer for my parents & my friend is assurer for my sister as dependant child over 18 yrs old on 21 aug 2019

today My friend receive a letter from centrelink request the bank guarantee for my sister ( without any interview) and the amount is $4000

is that correct amount or i have to pay bank guarantee $10,000 as we do seperate aos for my sister and my parents. I know my parents have to pay $14,000 for aos but bot sure about my sister. I thought it would be 10,000

thank you if u could help

I think it’s $10,000 for the first applicant and $4,000 for each of the others over the age of 18. So you will be asked for $14,000 for your parents.

Thanks for information. I understand that 3 documents are required for Identity check. Can you please tell which 3 documents are required for Identity check?

Sorry Greece, I don’t know as it was my son and daughter in law  who are doing the  Aos, they just told me they had to go in person but not what documents they needed. Perhaps someone who has done it will be able to help you or perhaps phone centerlink and ask them.

Hello, Can anyone please help me for following doubts -

    1.  Which is official Website to apply NSW Australia Police Clearance for CPV 143? I am in Aus on visitor visa SC 600.

    2.  We have to make AoS Application Online in MyGov? or  We have to send Printed Form SU594 to Centrelink?

    3. For Identity check, we have to upload documents Online in MyGov?  or Printed docs to submit to Centrelink?

Hi Greece, The only one I can help you with is Q3. For identity check you must go in person to centerlink for your identity to be verified. While you’re there perhaps you can ask them about submitting the paperwork. Good luck. Shelagh

  12. Rosiejaq I can hardly believe how much you have been messed about over the last 10 months, not only do you have the worry over the Aos saga but also worrying about the safety of your family in Oz as well. If any one deserves good news it's definitely you. I hope you hear good news very soon and can finally book those one way tickets to Australia. Wishing you a speedy visa grant.

So sorry to hear you’re having problems.... although your son took all the paperwork to Centerlink did he give them the barcoded request to pay the bond letter he received via Mygov account. My daughter in law was told that without that letter the bond won’t show as being paid. I hope you get it sorted quickly... it’s so annoying and stressful. Shelagh

Hi Linda, Just heard from my son.... we have exactly the same problem, he phoned centerlink this morning and they said all the paperwork was in order and they would refer it to Aos team. Daughter in law said they won’t apologize.... they will just say there was a glitch on the system. I’m sure it will get sorted soon.

Just a little postscript, he took the docs into Centrelink originally as the system would not let him upload them. He also says you have to pay if you appeal, surely not if it's their error.

Anyway after tomorrow hopefully we'll know a bit more. Very frustrating for people whose sponsors cannot get into Centrelink during the day I would think .

The most frustrating part of the process up to now, apart from the 4 year wait.

This morning I came to Centrelink. The centrelink officer said the error system so no email or notice come through mygov email about interview or anything. Then i checked my phone dial, i missed a call from ID caller 3 days ago. Then 1 hour later, i got an email with a reject letter. I and my friend are asurers with joint application,( I sponsor my dad, mom, and my friend asure my brother), but they give me that reason, still confusing.

    IMG_20191111_160456.jpg

This letter states that you are already sponsoring 2 adults.... if you are not already sponsoring anybody else you need to tell them and ask who they think you are sponsoring. If you already sponsor someone you will need to find another person to sponsor your parents. I hope you manage to sort it all out soon as you’ve had a long wait to get to this stage.

Hi Andree, I think you need to contact centerlink as soon as possible. I hope you can sort it out quickly, a lot of people are having a problem with the Aos so hopefully it’s you will be able to sort it out. Good luck🙏
