Max, there are two situations. 1. a PR/ citizen works same/ similar position in your company can prove the market salary so that you dont need to provide market salary information. 2. if you are the only person in that position you will need to prove you are getting the market rate or higher.

just got the email from NSW PSE that my application is not allocated yet...Lol They say they still working on Dec 2015 & Jan 2016. how interesting when some of the Feb has been approved tho.
