    My concern is during the vic lockdown i was stood down without payment Because my employer had job keeper staff,so I’m unable to provide payslips ‘and I am wondering if that is going to have negative impact on my application

Your sponsor must advise what action was taken during shutdown, please ensure the following is covered. ● ● ● ● ● Were any staff let go or made redundant due to COVID-19? Is the nominee still employed full time in the nominated position? Is the position still open and available to the nominee? What measures were put in place for staff during shutdown? Was there a period of stand-down/reduced hours, if so, What were they?

    Finally I saw on Facebook a hospitality occupation approved 186 DE Nomination and visa granted today! Occupation:Chef 186 lodged: January 15th 2021 Medical: 9th February 2021 Granted: 24 February 2021 Hope it helps Good luck the post from Facebook has been removed Maybe too good to be true
