The last 5 years of my life have been all about this, from finding a sponsor, getting my 457 approved, knowing if the company would want to go ahead with the PR (they did it only on my fourth year of 457), legislation changes July last year and the wait after application. I feel like a new person right now. It's a bit like 'who am I when I'm not worrying about my visa?' I really wish, from the bottom of my heart, that all of you get what you so much want. Good vibes to everyone and keep strong!

if anyone does the same job as you and the restaurant is small it might be the reason mate.

some cases if the Boss does the same job also chances of negative results.

I hypothisise the reason they are currently going through by occupation is to get an efficiency dividend by processing in bulk. The smaller occupations will just get picked off as they change areas of focus.

This is my own informed prediction by the way - not fact by any stretch of the imagination.

My MA just said all the document that they need from the Restaurant allready been provided.

As per my knowledge if the Immigration says that your sponsor can’t afford the pay for next 2 years that means lack of Accountant letter, have seen people got rejection based on the same reason and they haven’t (their MA) uploaded.

note: it’s just my assumption guys don’t troll me.

Unfornutely i just find it out ny nomination been rejected from my Immi login not from my MA yet, is there any option for me to choose after my nomination get rejected?

last month 2 of my coworker nominaton get rejected as well the reason is the financial of the restaurant not to good.

the applying 186 TRT as well as a cook but they  lodged their application about 2 - 3 months after me.

 

 

Have you guys provided the Accountant letter regarding your business to your MA
