don’t know what they are working on?

really fed up with the process, to be honest I don’t have much time to wait, too many complicate things happen around me.

oh god please please give us Grants

@Siddu actually I did not submit my medical at first place because I have plan to holiday and think that they might required for new medical check so I left the medical until they required.

about my parter English test, We submit it with our application, but for partner the result just only valid for 1year before lodge and my partner one is expired.

 

I knew that I quite lucky to got ask for update BAS and training as some others did not get this chance.

wish you guys get ask for further docs or Grant soon soon.

They ask for update training and BAS from Restaurant and my partner English test and our health examinatsion. we  submited all further doc last Monday.

I applied as Cook trt

both nom and visa applied on 26 June 2017

It may take 28days or more 

and may be less than that.

when did your medicals expired?

and haven’t you updated the partner English test copy ?

you are very lucky they asked you to provide the training and 

have seen few got refused for not showing the training.

my file open in late march for visa & nomination 

document provided april . nomination approved april 

further documents requested in may prvided next day 

till now furthur assessment without any news at all...

Calling MA regularly asking him to follow with mail or call but he don't want to chase .he is saying be patient & wait further request means they are processing...

I also want to call... but at the same time hoping that it will come without call..

But, based on my research on this forum and talk with my other mates and my experience .. there are a lot of factors. some of them are based on your visa subclass, your occupation, your passport as well. my friend applied chef 190 in feb 2018, she just received the invitation to apply last week. another friend applied 186 direct entry for some unusual occupation, he got granted in less than 3
months. My another friend applied 186 TRT chef in august, he hasnt heard anything. and based on the spreadsheet, have a look and judge yourself what occupations got granted very quick and what happened to cook and chef...

Mate look at the spreadsheet last year most of the cooks and chefs got approved within 6months of time.

now it’s taking time.

i think they randomly picks up the files.

Mate how come these officers are granting the one applied in jan 2018 and from October 2017.

when they say trt timeline 12 to 13 months it should be the same for every one.

dont know what’s happening but feeling nervous and worried and sick.

tried to concentrate on other work but end of the minute mind and thought going towards PR.

Feeling frustrated... few files opened and granted who applied on same date as me, but still now I haven’t got any grant or opened my file.

getting sick of waiting.

It should be counted one year from the date your business sponsorship approved.

for example if your business sponsorship approved date is 15-5-2017

you must pay all training benchmarks by the end of 14-5-2018.

if you got MA please ask them, they are the one’s who can explain clearly.
