Hi Guys, My immi account says, 'Last updated' 10th July 2018 (today). But the last update I did was on 24th May 2018. Till this morning it was showing 24th May 2018. My nomination was approved 23rd may 2018. What can it be?

Usually, she should get full working rights. This sometimes also depends on whether she was working before coming to Australia

I did provide form 80 with my application. On nomination approval, Dept. asked for statutory declaration, submitted that and waiting now.

Last updated is only for following documents: Appointment or withdrawal of an authorised recipient (including migration agent) Change of address details Change of email address details Change of passport details Notification of changes in circumstances Notification of incorrect answer(s) Rest everything goes to received documents which will show you a 'Date Received'

Since today is the 28th day after my nomination aprroval; I called my MA for updates. They followed up with the department and gave me the following info: We (Dept.) confirm that we have received your documents but your case will not be looked at, until few days after 28 days. #justsharing

if the trade name of your company remains same then there wouldn't be any issue. My company was acquired after my application submission but the MA said since we haven't changed the trade name it should be fine. Officially for everything my company is using both previous and new ABN. This is based on my experience at the end of the day MAs are specialised to answer such questions; do consult with your MA. My nomination was approved last month.

Hi Everyone My nomination got approved on 23rd May 2018. CO contacted on 23rd May 2018 for a Statutory Declaration form. Submitted today 24th May 2018. I have updated the spreadsheet. For more details on my timeline, please look at my signature.

I am very hopeful and would not like to be sad... will wait obviously there's no other option Fun fact: A colleague of mine applied Sept 23, 2017 and got it on Feb 5th, 2018. Same MA, same organisation and same occupation.

I called them a few minutes ago and they asked for my application number. Told me that not yet allocated. They also suggested that, after you lodge your application an automated email is sent which tells you what months are currently processing. I applied via MA so dont know that. People willing to know what number to call for application status can check that in document you received after lodgement.
