  2. Hi Everyone.. let me start saying this.. I am a direct entrée and I got my visa today.. I am sure lot of DE's out there will be frustrated and waiting for this.. hang in there fellows.. all is fine and things will happen. this forum had been a great support and motivation. the fact is this is the only place where you get to know what's happening within the immigration and which month files are getting processed. just giving a brief of my data so that all gets to know the required details they are looking for. it was frustrating times for me as well.. its a sigh of relief at the moment.. wish everyone good luck and thank you everyone once again.

  3. I received a call from my MA yesterday that my case has been finally allocated to an officer, and they request for information about training, BAS and evidence to show my relationship with my wife (photos, property purchase contract and rental contract, they questioned more info about the relationship, maybe my status in form 80 is married but they wonder why I didn't go partner sponsor coz my wife is PR...)

    Nom:11/07/2017

i assuming some extra docs has been requested and you submitted them?

the letter said docs have to be submitted within 28 days, which means they wont look at app again until the due, doesnt it?

  5. Oh, mate! Finger crossed for you! I'm sure they just need more pieces to see all picture. Our MA asked employer to put together company structure showing my husband's role in the Company and explain in which way they will benefit from a new developer employee. This scheme and cover letter has been passed to DIBP with the rest of the documents. So I'm not surprised they ask it from your employer - I'm sure that doesn't add any risk of bad outcome of your application!

    All the best!

    Cheers

    hope you right, mate

for now im gonna push ma and employer a little to finish the requested files perfectly, i think this is all i can do than being anxious

thanks for your comments, they really help clear my mind and give me some confidence at the moment.

  6. Hi MANSON. I believe this could be a letter from your sponsor Company stating how important your position is in their structure, or that they have new contract starting and you are the one who is going to execute this contract. Your employer could also send them Company structure scheme showing your place in it. Hopefully, this helps. My husband - Eugene is right next to you on the spreadsheet in June (Web developer / Software Developer), somehow I made myself think that our application should be assessed next together :)

    GOOOOOOOD LUUUUUCK, MATE!

    thank you for reply Kathle

i figured out the same as you mentioned, i just didnt understand what sense does it make. a decision based on a future plan of develolpment of company. they might just want more file to finish the whole picture of my case, hope everything goes smoothly after all.

and yes, it couldnt be better our apps go through assessment next to each other and get approved soon as possible.

    cheers

  7. HI everyone!

Just get a question! Has anyone submitted Declaration Form – Paying for visa sponsorship with nominations or visa?, my MA has submitted all documents for applying 186 but declaration form last month, and Ma did not ask me to sigen that form... Just confuse that...

Have to be submitted. Its mandatory to both your employer and u self

  8. Hi guys,

just wanted to share this with you.

    A) The DE applications are not de-prioritized. There used to be priority allocation but that has been removed now.

    B) 186 visa applications take 8-9 months to be processed. But it seems to be getting longer with each new application.

So good news n bad news

My timeline is going to be eight months, sth should happen soon, right?

  9. Hi everyone,

My visa got approved this afternoon! :jiggy:

If you want the details I'm Richo on the June2016 worksheet on the spreadsheet. The forum has been fantastic in terms of sharing information and knowing that I'm not the only one going through it so a big thank you to everyone who has contributed to the forum and everyone who has entered their details on the spreadsheet. To all the silent watchers you should join in and share too.

I really hope everyone's applications get approved soon especially @MANSON, @jesse6, @Lizzielizzie, those people on bridging visas and those people who have been waiting longer than 6 months. The waiting really is quite tough mentally and certainly it is frustrating especially when other people who applied months after you with on what on face value look like very similar applications get their applications approved.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all on the equivalent citizenship forum in about a years time!

    Richo

    Brova, mate!

Hope we all have pr approved soon after u

  10. How about in this financial year 2016, we can increase the profit and do a appeal.

Still lots paperwork to.do about how could profit rapidly increase dozen times from 2015 to 2016, for the record unless your employer has already done Something about financial report of last fy, what is done of last year is already done, nothing u can do about it now

and I dont think only profitability of a single year is enough to convince co being satisfied about company financial status, u need more.

  11. I have posted a letter from the dept.

Figures provide imcome is only 6k more than expenditure, which is how much the profit is, and your basic salary is 55k, its a big problem if employer cant tell some solid evidence for the necessary of position he offered to you, because profit is only a ninth of your payment, actually all profit of three fy in row is less than half of what they gonna pay u. BTW depends on the 2millions turnover, this profit is sort of unacceptable. Something must be wrong I guess.

  12. Hi Jess, I'm fishing for info:

1 - Assuming your occupation is on the CSOL what are the options to stay in the country short term if you were on a 457 visa and you end up on Bridging Visa A and then your application is rejected.

2 - Assuming your occupation is on the CSOL what are the options/routes to residency if you were on a 457 visa and you end up on Bridging Visa A and then your application is rejected.

I think my application is fine but I'd like to know my options just in case!

    Richo

I can only come up with solution of another bridge visa or a tourism one, but u wont be able to work with latter one. What about renew 457 visa, will solve everything, but a little over budget

  13. Hi guys i was a silent follower of this forum, my time line is 03 march 2016 for nomination and on 20th January 2017 received a refusal notification.

in between they asked for supporting documents which I did provided them the reason for refusal is the net profit of the sponsored company is low.

My MA asking me to go for Appeal. Anybody have any idea on it.

This depends how low is the net profit. Obviously the profit has to be more than the salary of your nomination position, otherwise appearl is Unlikely to make any differece anyway
