Hey guys, call of duty i should post my recent updates here

my case has been finalized on 7 march and visa has been granted, the center is vic

both nom and visa applied on 30 june, direct entry, high risk, three person, tried to submit all doc and it worked, only my wife english score was asked

additional info asked early of feb, visa part is on 17, not sure about nom so just assume it is around that date

now i have mixed felling after had my pr visa, i am gonna have to finish everything shortly here where i spent over decades with so much memories, it is both happy and painful i guess.

i have to say my ma was doing job of my case smoothly, and she helped my a lot with my anxiety and pressure by being patient with all ridiculous questions i asked

and most importantly, i wanna thank all guys here which keeps my hope going for this long time, this community couldnt be the best without all contributions you guys put on here

Guys can someone help me regarding adding a newborn to our existing application..... my MA keeps saying that we require the passport of the child before we could actually do it but the Medicare lady said that the baby needs to have a visa status to get a Medicare facility ...... any information will be appreciated ..

Yes, u have to have a passport to apply a visa

for now the most important thing is to get nomination approved , otherwise cant make any further on visa part

so i am pushing my agent to working with employer on that.

Additional police check and declaration requested and submitted 27 Jan

Visa approved: 22 Feb 2017

could u tell me how long it took from assessment in progress to finalization ?

Anyone knows that once MA has uploaded my requested info do I need to click the button "information provided"? Or just wait till my officer to check? My MA said that once I click the button, I will not be able to submit any information later on. But how can we let the officer know that we have submitted the requested information....?

really? have you tried uploading file by click attach button under every single applicant?

by the way, you can call co to inform that requested files have been submitted.

hey everyone .im new here .i loged my nomi on 15-08-2016 and visa 14-09-2016 for a 186 visa....i called immi last week..they said my case have case officer already...just wandering how long is the waitting on they can look my application? thanks alot.

normally depends on what extra docs have they asked for

files requested on both nom and visa could cost a little more time for you to submit and co to work back on

You can use this number to follow up with them anyway. Just note they work 8:30-4:30 AEST.

There should also be a phone number and the officer name on the email your MA should have received form them.

this phone number is definitely a VIC number, cuz it starts with 03, and the email address starts with NSW, u can see where i got confused

We are being processed by Team 4 NSW Pese. Last Friday there was a very nice lady on the phone she helped a lot and clarified it all.

I believe your MA should contact Immi to follow up. THere should be a direct number on the docs requesting email.

i cant figure out which team is porcessing my case , the requesting letter shows a name with position number and a office email address which appears NSW, but on the foot of letter it says VIC PESE, which is totally confusing me

I can login to my account but trying to look at my visa app gives me an error message, stating 'the system is currently unavailable' - the URL also shows a blue key on it?? Can you guys try to log into yours?

 

I did print and download my application right after we first lodged, but since then, I've updated payslips, etc. (given the amount of time this has taken) so was hoping to re-print/re-save anew...what does the error mean??:twitcy: Hopefully nothing bad. Maybe it's just a system error or a bug..

When I look into the mailbox where it says information requested the only thing that is now written is simply... :null

I'm gonna guess this is a good thing and it just means its been dealt with. The time difference is frustrating will get hubby to call in the morning as im losing my ability to sleep along with my marbles! @jess6 I am breathing..but rapidly lol :biglaugh:

what do you mean by null? usually the letter ends with a name and position number who you can contact with

anyway try to call your ma is not worst option though, hope you can get thing advanced toward. hope we all can.

I didn't mean your migrate agent, I meant your case officer, if you have been asked more files, you could find the co contact on the information requested letter, such as the stuff name and number, the email address.

277 days...5 weeks since information requested. 3 weeks since information supplied.

I need guesses as to when you think it will be my turn please guys!

@Praveen Reddy - When I tried to import my Nomination application, a got a message saying this kind of application is not available for import. I entered Reference Number of the nomination along with my name and passport details.

u cant import nomination with trn of it and your passport, they dont match each other

nomination is not your app, you shouldve used trn and passport which was submitted for applying nomination.

It asks for the main applicants details as well .... or is there any other way other than trying to import it to immi account....

u probably need those information such as trn, passport and birthday on nomination to import it into your account, just like what u did with visa application

just my guess, never did it before ,cant have access to those info on nomination

I cannot access the nomination app, but I guess I could ask.

I have access to the visa app and it still appears as received.

I'll chat with my MA next week, it's more the bridging visa situation than the wait that bothers me to be honest.

The wait is painful but I am not alone in that boat.

Here is my case if it can help:

I have been waiting for 8 months and my MA told me she would get in touch with them only in two months (after 10 months wait)

Her reasoning is: "average wait time is 6 to 9 months - we had the Christmas break in-between so it makes sense to wait 10 months."

it doesnt sound reasonable, mate

dibp has been working on june for a while so 10 months is not really necessary, and those july apps have been allocated and approved , you should push your ma to get their job done instead of waiting.

can you access the nom app? it still appears received? and same your visa app as well?

If you are asked for further information and need to provide it within 28 days..is that 28 working days? And has anyone had a final decision when they got the paperwork back to them before the 28 days?

It dosent say working day, so the requested docs have to be uploaded in four weeks i believe, i prefer call and inform co right after submitted files rather than just wait them back on case

Really frustrated to see only few approvals this week so far. Let's hope for lots of approvals in the remaining 3 days.

 

It will be a bit happy to hear atleast other's approvals.
