Dude ! I unable to do anything apart from wait .. I did contact many time to NSW immi; now will try contact to WA immi maybe I can get an answer . Its look like I am the most unlucky in this group . I don't know why immi is taking so long even I am working on same position now for 3 years now on 457 . :ssign2:

Just get new contract from company with full and complete requirements. and apply with the help of reputed MA , there are lots of stupid MA around immigration.

I know in some HR countries , while going to overseas you have to get vaccination of POLIO and receive the certificate at immigration or before get boding.

My MA contacted and got reply Nomination still accessing .

Same documents asked to me in the start of Jan 16 and we provided in 2 days and surprise visit of IMMI at office in the mid start of FEB 16 after that no NEWS.

Just get a letter from Medicare and show to private health insurance . without letter they don't cancel.

Getting frustrated immigration didn't reply of my MA and not answering phone calls on 02 number. I don't know why they on hold my decision?

How about we pay excess and out of pocket expense? Atleast we no need to claim every time and give extra money to clinics , hospital and laboratory . I would say while having medicare is huge saving if you have a family.

I am not 100% sure but I think unpaid leave can be taken if your annual leaves are not due or already utilized ; in very special circumstances it can be taken. Don't worry mate ! Everything will be good just seek right advise. Here in this form maybe someone can help you out better. Thanks
