more than a month , my immi account shows assessment in progress , what does it mean any idea mate?

We work for state govt initiate for Green efficiency , I am as project coordinator/admin in a on going project . I am the only one who being sponsored by company, however, I have been working in same company for five years now.

They visited my office which is in melbourne and head office in sydney. They didn't ask any thing apart my job description.

Plenty of time ! calls and email sent them by my MA.. every time fu**k same answer , in process ! Its almost 3 yrs on 457 now ! Next year April my 457 visa expiring !

Joke of the day:arghh: ..... almost 10 months waiting ! No nomination No Visa . From Last 2 months no answer from IMMI.

Gday Mate Few week ago I did call few times but every time they say your Nomination is in process so we can't give u any info . I will do again next week let see I hope may be any positive comment I hear from them. thanks every one and enjoy week end !

LOL ... don't ask this question please I have answered 100 times. 2 time doc requested and 1 time office visit of immi in early Feb 16 . But now news after that. I decided to pay 2nd VAC of my wife but now she is doing IELTS to save money , although we did not save time but atleast we can save our money.

For me still no NEWS , long time been past . I decided to pay 2nd VAC for my wife English language. But now she said , she will do IELTS and save $5000.00. Next week she will attempt test.

I think you can request to refund fees or adjust to TRT . But waiting game will be restart . " not a professional advice " but practical experience for a year .. lol.. Good luck mate

Dude in my case , they just asked random question to contact person who was mention in form80 and other form , he is my senior manager and they went away I was not in the office coz I have to mostly on the sites .

They requested same documents to me in Jan 16 and after 1 month office visit and now no news . they are sleeping in my case . I wish every one get through very soon. now Waiting time is normal for me I don't know when they gonna take decision. Good luck mate !!
