Kathss56 Have you been able to book a flight to anywhere!? We have 10 day’s left to give Home Affairs our Travel Itinerary to nowhere! And if you do manage to get a flight out, we can’t be guaranteed a flight back in now they have capped the International’s to 500. We were going to go to Singapore, but Transiting is no longer an option because of new restrictions. We have asked Government Departments where it is safe to travel to, and the only advise we’ve been given is when we contacted ‘ Smart Traveller’ and they advised us not to travel!

Not yet but expect the dreaded email soon! reply back stating you are too afraid to fly out and get stranded. Also more contagious strain around us! State that now the caps have halved also you need to have a very test before arriving back etc. Julian Hill MP (if yr on Facebook check his page out, scroll down to our topic ) is hoping to present bill when gov restarts think it’s next week. There has been lots of media interest in our plight. The latest one is the tv programme The Project on ch10 Email the new minister Alex.hawke.mp.@aph.gov.au pleading your desparate situation. It’s is just ludicrous! They said to me back in Nov when I got 2nd vac request if I pay and don’t fly out I would have to re do medical and police checks , they gave me 70 days to pay so have only just paid.
