Dear Deep,
Yes I submitted Form 80 with the application - so I wasn't asked for anything else as my application was ready and included everything needed

My partner and I are about to start the process of applying for the 189 visa. I was wondering if we should submit an EOI to skillselect first or get my qualifications assessed first? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What conditions are associated with the 186?
Does it matter that I have only worked for my employer for 6 months? Is it still possible for them to nominate me?
Thanks in advance
I have been teaching in Qld for 6 months. My employer sponsored me on a 457. I am hoping to apply for my PR asap. I was wondering which visa would be the best to apply for: 186 ENS OR 190 Visa?
My employer is happy to nominate me.
Any advice would be great
Dear all, I have been in oz from January on the 457 visa. my employer has agreed to nominate me for PR... Am I eligible for this considering I have only been here since Jan? Any advice would be great
I too had a migration officer. However I also kept a track on it using the immi account. No mine was at application received for the whole time and then finalised. I really wish you all the best and hope you don't wait too long!
Good luck with it all
I think my sponsors have already sponsored before.. not sure if that makes a difference. The school was very surprised that it took this long. I'm just glad it came.
Got my visa today..... can't believe it. Visa was lodged on 30th November. Will arrive on the Gold Coast on Wednesday to see family, then drive up to Yeppoon/Rockhampton. Hope everyone else has good news this week xx
I still have no news about my visa.... the visa was lodged end of November. My job starts next Monday. I keep having to remind myself that it has only been 6 weeks... although every morning I wake up hoping that my visa will arrive. Fingers crossed that we all hear good news this week
