Yeah give them a call when you can. I was told they will look at my case within next week. I am on 2nd week of July so yours should've been looked at this week. Call to understand where it is.

@Skd, those who were granted before you had their nomination lodged(not approved) in June, while you got your nomination approved first then application lodged in July. So you are considered true blue July application.

I called DIBP VIC the gentlemen took my passport number and checked and told me it will be looked at within next week. I am 8th July so i guess all early july applications should hear something before Christmas.

I used MA to lodge application. It's said decision ready but I am still worrying that CO would ask for something unexpected as i have a new born baby girl in the application. As she is 6 months old now, they could ask for her going thru a formal medical check. Hopefully we don't come to that.

So for those of you who lodged early July... i just made a call to immi and was served well. The gentleman told me that the case will be looked at within next week. Sounds like a affirmative message to me... so guys hang on, chill out and be positive.
