I might be wrong but my understanding is you have a year to enter Australia to activate your visa from the earliest point which was either your police check or your medical. Someone may may be able to confirm but that's my understanding.

Over 8s in each section. I Sat the test twice. First time walking in thinking it will be a breeze, I'm English and I have a degree - I was very naive. 1st time I got L6.5 W8.0 R6.5 S9.0. So I had to re sit. I found a tutor who taught me how to "do" the test with hints and tips. And thankfully second time I did much better L 8.5 W7.5 R8.5 S9.0. I wasn't prepared to sit it again to obtain a further 10 points. Good luck.

ANMAC received!!!! Whoop whoop!!! We will submit an EOI TODAY! Fingers crossed for an invitation on the 9th March!!!

9 weeks from when they first opened my assessment - but we have fannied about with additional documents and them questioning my certifier! Just waiting on ANMAC now! They have recieved the last of the documents the assessor requested yesterday - she said once it was recieved it would only take a few days so fingers crossed!

APHRA have given me my provisional registration. I've got until the 26th February 2017 to got to an APHRA office and present my documents to gain full registration and my PIN!! Yay!!

@adrian hi. You have to post all your documents to them. You could email them so they can see your documents but they will still need hard copies. As for the documents sent in Romanian I can't help you, I am aware that everything needs to be translated. You may be best emailing them to ask their advise. They are very helpful. Thanks Sam

Aphra on the other hand are pissing about questioning who has certified my documents and wanted a hand written letter off them explaining who they were, this was then not good enough she the wanted an email off the person!!! It's the same person who has certified my docs for anmac and they didn't need clarification!!! Grrrr

Sorry I'm referring to anmac - the lady I've been dealing with has informed me all of my assessment is pretty much complete. She just needs this last document physically there - she has seen the email scanned copy. She then said it would take a couple of days and then it need to be signed off by the CEO, then she'd be able to email it to me and post me the report.

Have you heard anything yet? I've seen to have had regular contact with them as they wanted further information. I'm hoping to hear back from they before the end of the month?? The lady said once she has the document requested it would only take a couple of days.

Ahpra was received at the beginning of December but they requested further information on Christmas Eve - my references had put the number of hours per week I had worked. Anmac was relieved the 5th January but haven't heard anything yet. eeek how exciting. Congratulations.

I printed off my statement of entry (this doesn't prove your currently registered) and my current registration practice document. Both of which I got certified, along with nmc sending off my cert of good standing/verification im hoping this will be ok.

What sort of additional information were they asking for? Ive paid for mine, I'm now just waiting for my photo and witness stuff to come back from being signed (hadn't realised this needed doing too). Then I can post mine off to ANMAC. Sam xx

We are in a similar situation. We have started the process I've just sent my nursing documents to Oz this morning. My daughter is 41/2 years and just started son in September and my son is 22 months. My thoughts are we do it now while she is still young xxx

Yes I would say he means scan it and send it as an attachment on an email.

I've just got the last of my documents certified and sent back to be today. I'll be filling in the application for AHPRA & ANMAC tonight with the view of hopefully sending them off by the send of the week!!! Eeek! Fingers crossed!!
