    Another twist is, current DEF company is going to be acquired by some other AAA company in 2016 (proposal is pending). So I am expecting my visa by this year end

    I came to Australia as a 457 visa holder from ABC company, after few months company name changed to XYZ. Then after year and half company acquired by DEF company. But my role is same for all companies and needed more documents to prove that. Then I got nomination approval and applied for visa.
