Hi under TRT u must be complete 2 years with same employer and payslips and PAYG certificate for evidance check department's site here http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/186-/Employer-Nomination-Scheme-(subclass-186)-employer-document-checklist regards

plz check if u apply through TRT then may be not approve but direct entry is a diffrent story. Check nomination as soon as possible

Hi couples of years back i called my mom for 6 months visa its so easy. I download form here fill scan and send back to India they print and submit and in a weeks medical and visa grant. Tell me if u need all documents i submited. Few are my visa copy, pay slip, bank statements because my mom don't have any saving and income there and one sponsor letter to visa officer etc.

3 aug only nomination. Visa may be next week. my visa also finish in Dec

u can get early because ur nomination also granted. i think 186 TRT not too much. because on July department change 457 policy and in june july & Aug not too much 457 visa issued.

Hi one more question. If we are in VIC so our files allocated in VIC or NSW? Because now looks VIC centre is looks fast. How many here lodge file in July or Aug?

i think transition stream quicker then Direct entry. because direct entry need now show many documents like 457 visa.

Hi then signup on immigration site and import your file. And only look not to change anything. Best way to ask ur MA and follow his instructions.

Hii all i have one question my ENS TRT due on 1 Aug. but today my boss told me that last BAS and profit and lost statement not ready yet and it will be ready in 2 weeks means till 15 Aug. so is this okey if he lodge file now and send documents later? Or MA can upload later? Regards
