Hii all i am going to lodge nomination and visa file next month. Only waiting for documents from my boss i.e. BAS and company tax. Plz some plz advise me if i done medical before file or after file is this effect for processing time or all same?? thanx in advance

hii as per my knowledge family relationship certi, graduation certificate okey but Police check is valid for 1 year. so u need new other documents u can check here http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/186-/Employer-Nomination-Scheme-(subclass-186)-employer-document-checklist what date ur 2 years complete?? regards and best of luck

Hii My MA told me its depend on company's turnover and how many person he sponsor means if any small business sponsor many peoples on 457 and 186 thats took more time, and also on application time is sponsorship (SBS) still valid, on nomination time employer attach only BAS and profit and lost statement or tax return with tax assessment notice from ATO.

Hii i think trademan get PR early then others if we submit all documents with application. Department also do littlebit changes in checklist. So best way also check departments checklist even if you have MA agent too. For nomination my MA ask for profit and lost statement and BAS statements for last year. But departments checklist say " tax return and tax assesment notice for last finacial year and if its morethen 3 months old also submit BAS statement for every quarter till nomination made. What u guyz think?? regards
