I have been working for 2 years in Oman. Just today I got my registration from the regulatory body. They issued me this certification stating that I am a registered nurse alongwith my license number. will that suffice?

Guys what is the difference of certificate of good standing vs certificate of registration status? I am working in Oman as nurse. It seems Ministry of health is not issuing good standing anymore. And they said id better ask my employer for it. Please advice. I dont think my employer will issue that unless i resigned from work..

Hi guys. I have worked for 1.5 yrs in company A. Now in order to be qualified in Company B (overseas employment) I requested for 3 yrs to be issued in my certificate of employment and used the said document. Now I am planning to apply in ahpra and soon to be migrated. Should I still use the 3 yrs or better use the original years of work experience? What is the chances of the Australia finding out my real work experience? For me I wanna use the original years of experience and donot want to live a lie. But i am scared that they may do backgrpubd check in my present employment and know that I used different Years of work experience.
