Hey Alix i came out to Canada on a working holiday on my own and was fine. You will to. You will meet people in the hostel, they are usually pretty friendly as most people will be in the same situation. I fly to Sydney 15th October if you fancy meeting up.

You can open up an account with nab before you head out. I have did mines already just have to go in with id and pick up my cards when i arrive. Im so excited to be in Sydney for new year. Been in Vancouver for the past two years and they dont do fireworks or make a big deal really for it so im excited for a proper new year miss my scottish hogmany's :laugh:

Not been on for awhile work has been crazy. I got wait to go getting so excited now. I was planning on going back home to Scotland for a visit but thinking of just travelling around Canada instead.
