Has anyone got processed in Regional Australia? I've applied over 3 months ago in south-west WA, received acknowledgment letter but no other contact or test date. Allocation center is Bunbury and when trying to change it to Perth (as one of my friends did last year) I have been told by DIBP that currently they don't do it (regional application has to stay in regional area).

After being granted 187 visa the employer offers me an ongoing 2 years full time employment but he doesn't want to sign a contract. I cannot find precise information on immi website apart from employer to declare signing the contract for visa nomination here. Does it make any difference from my point of view and to fulfill the visa obligations?

My timeline: Application (nomination and visa): 22 Dec 2014 CO assigned 18 May 2015 Visa granted 18 May 2015 No extra documents asked.

Applied for nomination and visa 22 Dec 2014 and haven't heard from them since. Friend of mine applied with the same agent and the same company 6 Jan 2015 and got his PR a week ago!

Visa/nomination applied for in mid Dec 2014. I found out that my employer wants to withdraw the nomination! Apparently a family member has been promised the job... Is it possible at all and what can I do? I have sacrificed a lot and moved to country region spending thousands of $$$ because of the job-visa package. Help. :ssign16:
