I was having a chat with my MA yesterday and i asked him like after nomination how long does it going to take for the visa approval, he said usually they can grant the nomination and visa on the same day if your A-Z documents are uploaded alright. Other wise visa approval time is on the website which is between 3-6months. Hope it helps.

You can only do you medical through my health declaration before applying your visa coz if you apply for your medical after lodging your visa then it will take more time as it says on immigration website. And when your MA will fill the application form for you then the last question in it is, Have you done medical in past 12 months, there you can fill the HAP ID which you have already got from My health declaration, otherwise haveing two hao ids will take much more longer. [emoji16]

Hey mate, In my opinion its better to submit all your documents before hand and medical done as well, as later on you have to do it then why not now. It saves some time as well in the process of asking additional documents. Upload all the forms and documents according to decision ready checklist. Hope it helps.

I applied both as well on 14th of Nov and still waiting for Nomination. Hopefully can hear from them this or the next months as you can see that they have already started processing the files lodged in Oct. Best of luck and let me know if you hear anything...

Hey singh Can you please tell me what kinda additional documents they asked for? in my friends case they approved his visa just after few days of getting additional documents. It all depends on the case officer now a days.

Hey Suman i think we both have applied in the same month as my date is 14th of Nov 2014 parramatta sydney. But i am waiting for my Nomination as well. Dont know when it is going to get approved.

Any1 here in this thread have applied there visa in the month of Oct end or starting of Nov?? Coz cant see anybody updating there process or anything exciting happning...wait is killing me now as i applied in the month of Nov...

I got this condition with a friend of mine in which his IELTS got expired after few months of applying his visa application. But his CO didn't asked anything. So i think it depends on the CO as well. Then i asked my MA about it as mine is expired as well, he said if by any chance if it gets rejected then you will win it in MRT. But hopefully my CO wont ask my IELTS otherwise few extra months on top of what i got. And there was no legislation when i applied. Hope good for every1!!
