I also called immigration last week and they have told me that it can take 6months for Nomination and 6months for Visa approval..but don't call them often as they have all the record like how many times you have called and for what reason...and if they got suspicious then they can take more time in processing your file...just have fun and hope for the best..Chao!!

The more your are going to think about this, the more harder your days going to be. And every1 situation is different, so don't think that if something bad happened to me then it's going to happen with you as well..chill and have fun..

If your nomination got approved then don't need to worry coz the last step Is just documents regarding you. And now a days immigration is making enquiries...

I applied as a chef and yup both together. Nomination got approved I think in April..

They asked for my documents 3months back and now altogether it's been more then 8months..and I am waiting for my visa only..

Now a days Immigration is making enquiries more seriously. They are calling every1 like your previous employer and etc...and now they are taking more time in processing the application even if you apply both RCB and application together...and don't email or call them often, as they always have a record like how many times you have called or emailed to them..

They just always change there answers, they dont even knownwhat they are talking about..

Yeah..it happens sometimes...my 8months are going to complete on 14th in 2 days time..its alright if whatever is going to happen that's going to happen so cant stress..

Same..i got my nomination approved 2 months ago or something..just waiting for the visa..

Called immigration today and they said that there normal processing time is from 5-8months now..

My nomination got approved a while ago and they have just asked the documents regarding the employer..

I applied on 14th of November and still waiting..but did sent an email to the processing center..

Nobody will know about it..

You can see a button which says import application. After that you just have to fill your details.

Go to Immigration websitw and create your new account. Then login into your account and fill all the fields required. Then you will be able to see your status.

Hey, Called immi yesterday about my visa as my 6months are over and they told me to send an email to the processing center, which I did yesterday and already got the reply from them saying that my file is been allocated to Team 2 in Parramatta. I dont know now how many day it would take them to grant thte visa...any idea any1?? Thanks

Where did you sent the email coz i applied in Nov and still waiting for my visa to be approved as my Nomination got approved a while ago..thank you!!

In my case there is no 28 days rule coz my 28days finished last month on 24th and with the Nomination approved but still waiting for visa..

Yup i got immi account and the last update date is 14th of Nov. 2014.

If he ask for some documents or there is a correspondence then the date change otherwise date doesn't change.
